Ordered some stickers a while back, waited for months and when they arrived they were absolutely tiny! Completely wrong size and when I asked for a refund they blamed me and didn't even give me the time of day.

J'ai fait appel à zapcreativ à deux reprises, une fois pour des pins en bois et une autre fois pour des porte clef acrylique transparent. J'ai profité d'offres intéressantes (ils en proposent très régulièrement, j'y vais toujours pour check) car sinon il est vrai que c'est un peu cher mais la qualité, le suivi et le SAV est au rendez-vous.

I ordered 10 standees from Zap! Creatives, and all of them arrived with unfinished backs. The white acrylic backing is exposed instead of being properly covered or enclosed within the standee, as expected. Additionally, the printed artwork on the standees is noticeably grainy and pixelated when viewed up close, which further detracts from the overall quality.

For comparison, I later ordered similar standees from Vograce. While the Vograce versions differ in size, cut, and base transparency (please disregard these differences), the key distinctions are in the finishing and print quality. The Vograce standees have a properly finished backing and much clearer, higher-resolution artwork.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend Zap! Creatives’ acrylic standee product.

I wanted to take the time to write this review properly. I have been a customer of Zap! Creatives since 2022. As an illustrator and small business owner, they have always been my go-to for printing my artwork onto eco-friendly merchandise. I have both wooden and acrylic merch, and my customers love it. The way my work comes out on the materials is beautiful, the colours are amazing, and I love the quality. I can admit that there were times when I received B grades, and items needed to be redone. But their customer service has always been there to rectify the situation and work it out. I would also like to share that in 2024, I had to put in a bit of a rush order, which was on me. I never shared it with Zap! But I was dealing with my chronic illness and couldn't get my artwork to them as fast as I would have liked. Regardless of my situation, they helped get the order out and ready for the show I had to do. The order arrived at my doorstep the day I had to leave for the show, and I am forever grateful and haven't forgotten about it. I have got my merch produced by them well into 2025 and have been happy with the results. Thank you, Zap!

I bought a custom made keyring and ended up getting quite a few more than expected. They send you a proof image before they finalise it so you are certain it is correct. It didn't take long it arriving and I'm very happy with it.

I sought out a company that offered many pin and charm features for acrylic, metal, and wood. I wanted to find a vendor that has many different finishes, effects, and other bells and whistles that will help make my merchandise unique and have that extra bit of flair that makes my work stand out. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything that was up to my standards in the United States... Luckily though I found Zap! Creatives in the UK, and gosh dang they are phenomenal! Their quality is top-notch, they have excellent QC, and they met all my criteria listed above! Not only that, they offer quick shipping to the US and if you place a decent-sized order they don't charge much for it. Hands down it was an amazing experience and I know who I am gonna hit up for many future orders!

I ordered wooden keychains and pins with prints, and they turned out fantastic. I just wish the prices were better for small business creators. Otherwise, the print quality is amazing, and I couldn’t find any other store that adds a resin finish to wood prints to make them glossy and protective. Thank you!

Brilliant pin badges, the colours are great and the maple veneer finish is lovely, I'm so pleased, will be ordering some more!

I ordered some pins and they arrived very quickly, the delivery times are well respected.
The quality is perfect, I'm very satisfied. The follow-up was excellent, as were the discussions with the teams. I would definitely recommend this company for your orders.

While the materials they use are usually excellent and the print quality is usually excellent, my orders over the past few months have been plagued by so many manufacturing issues that I'm beginning to lose a lot of faith in Zap! as a supplier.

Whether it be old proofs being used rather than updated ones as agreed, or elements not being cut properly, or things as simple as backing cards being forgotten during manufacturing, it's been a remarkable comedy of errors that's going beyond what I should expect. I now actively dread a product arriving, wondering 'what's gone wrong this time?'.

The Zap team has truly outdone themselves by bringing my illustrations to life on acrylic pins! They turned out absolutely amazing. The quality and vibrant colors are beyond impressive, and the quick turnaround time exceeded my expectations. Everyone who saw them loved them. I am truly grateful for all your hard work in getting these made and delivered on time. The Zap team is outstanding and I couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality print, high quality materials, I love that the acrylic is recycled and the wood is responsibly sourced, makes for great branding for my products too. 100% will reorder!

It was my first time getting stickers from them, and I took the 100 piece for 30 pound offer, 5 designs. The printing is pretty, the colours were good, the only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the edges of the die cut stickers were a bit raw. It doesn't impact the sticker itself (it was just carrier paper), but it does impact the buyer experience. But since it was overall cheap, I have no complaints.

I was worried about the free shipping I chose but it arrived safe and sound.

I will likely to use their services again.

Simply the best quality and my go-to for all my current printed products. Always an excellent service and I recommend to all my other small business friends.

I was actually able to order a single copy of my product from Zap! (as opposed to ordering in bulk, which so many acrylic stand makers require!), and the quality is wonderful, as was the consulting process leading up to its production. I accidentally snapped one piece (acrylic stands are notoriously fragile) and they sent me a replacement very quickly when I expressed my concerns. I had this made as a gift and the recipient loves it dearly. :) Despite being an amateur myself, Zap! made something that looks incredibly professional. Absolutely worth it. I'm definitely coming back to work with Zap! again!

I have only had great experiences with Zap! Creatives. They are responsive to messages and have always been able to deliver within their stated time frames. I feel they truly care about producing great quality products for their customers; I have approved artwork and then when they have printed it, they haven't been super happy with it so they will contact me to let me know, make adjustments, and reproduced my order so that it's perfect.

I have placed a number of orders now and they exceed my expectations every single time! Any minor issues I have had, have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner which has increased my trust for this business.
