i love that vograce has a bunch of different products to choose from. when i wasn’t sure if a larger order would fit my budget, i reached out to customer service to make sure i was getting the best deal. una helped me with my order, and it was a great experience. i’ll be ordering again, and i look forward to it!

I’m still fairly new to ordering from Vograce, so I’m learning the ropes. When I received my order, my stickers looked different from the previous batch. After chatting with Matilde, who was incredibly helpful and explained how I can avoid this issue in the future, they identified the problem, and my new ones are already being produced!

I want to start out this review by saying Beira is the BEST!! She might be the best customer service representative to ever exist! Any questions I had about my order were quickly answered and Beira even expedited production for me when I asked about shipping. Beira is the best!! All the products I have received from Vograce have been great! I will 100% be ordering from them again!

I inquired with Vograce about a complex custom sticker sheet project, and Jolie helped me every step of the way. They were extremely kind and thoughtful about ensuring the product turned out right, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Couldn't recommend their services enough! Fast and Reliable. I had made my first big purchase and noticed some of the art in the proof were not correct. Luckily Bella had confirmed and helped me correct each and every item I was unsure about. I was happy to even have her question some of the items to make sure it was okay to print and produce. This makes it easier for my products to look the best they can before entering the production stage. I am so thankful for her support throughout the process. I also like that it only takes a few business days for each proof to be sent back, sometimes even the next day. The consistent communication and knowing my products are being looked after in a timely manner keeps me doing what I love. Which is making art. Thank you Vograce for providing a place for artists to bring their art to life, and Bella for being such an amazing sales manager.

Cindy was a wonderful help explaining things that wouldn’t work and giving exact costs to any adjustments with the order. It’s definitely a learning curve ordering in such bulk so I really appreciate her patience with my multiple emails. I am a small artist and learning how to order is quite a challenge but when you finally understand it, it's easy to use and you will not be disappointed ! I made small and big orders and they arrived always perfectly good ! If you need help, you can directly contact them and it helps me a lot. They're patient and really kind and really help you if you have any problems or misunderstanding. Thank you a lot to them. It's literally the perfect website for big and small artist ! I recommand !
