The personalized key rings were exactly as ordered and my contact Charles Zhou was ever present through the order. I had a foreign language written on one side and it came out perfectly. Will certainly use again and recommend highly.

After exceptional service from Suen, we got exactly what we wanted. Suen was incredible from the very first interaction. Kept us updated on the production of the product, once it was in transit and finished off with a follow up email. She was so good we're back for a second order!

I worked out my own pin together with Charles. Each design step was immediately implemented according to my specifications and visually depicted. The end result totally convinced me. The pins have been made with great detail. The delivery to me was fast and uncomplicated with DHL. I am very satisfied with Vast Gifts and will continue to have my pins produced here. Great job
