Having had an EV for a couple of years now and trying several different apps, I can confidently say Zapmap is by far the best. It’s very easy to use gives all the information you need and when I have had to ask their support network a question It’s been quick and easy and resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend Zapmap to anyone who hasan EV

I recently had an issue ending a charge I had started on Zapmap, and had to call customer services of the charger owner to end it. I messaged Zapmap to explain, and after a few emails back and forth the have updated the app to resolve the issue. I think this is fantastic customer service and user engagement, and a lesson for some other suppliers (looking at you, Swarco). Thanks Zapmap :)

After placing my order for the Honda e:Hy1 I asked the salesman about the process of charging EV’s via public points. He suggested I try ZapMap. I downloaded the app as I wanted to understanfpd the process of how to charge an EV once my EV arrived: expected mid- late August.
Without boring you with too much detail just log into the app yourself, you won’t be disappointed. It does offer you a weeks free trial and then you can pay a monthly subscription or an annual fee. The annual fee works out at about 0.08p a day. When you consider the information available, which covers the whole country and is available to you 24 hours a day, it’s a no brainer.

I contacted customer service to change my account details. Within the hour they had responded back to me & actioned my request. Great customer service

Have used Zap Map a few times since getting my first EV and always found it really useful. Has helped me to find the fastest charger and see what is free when I need it.

Had to ask Customer Support how to create a route with the chargers I wanted. Learned a lot in the process and received excellent attention from Ryan to my many questions.

Contacted team re question and they got back almost immediately while I was still planning my route. Very impressive response and GREAT APP and if you have an EV a necessity.

Being a new EV user, the ZapMap app was recommended by an experienced EV driver as their go-to app. That was the best advice I received and totally agree that ZapMap is the best EV support tool

Very impressed with Zap Map support. I have used them on a couple of occasions now and their response has always been prompt and effective.

Having just sold my Tesla, I have only recently used Zap Map in earnest. Whilst it cannot match the superlative features of navigating between charge points with a Tesla, it does an excellent job. The filter options are particularly helpful and when paired with Apple Play, it is very useful.

I also upgraded to a Premium account because I found the ability store several options for a journey very useful.

Zap Map is the antidote for range anxiety and was a major aid supporting my switch to EV. The newsletter is also excellent. I have one small criticism about ZapPay in that there should be a ZapPay RFID card. Many chargers don't have great data reception and then you're stuck.

Great service. I wouldn't go on a long distance EV trip without first planning my re-charging stops on Zap-Map (at home, the day before). Although some of my journeys are repeat round-trips, I find it best to check beforehand to make sure the charging station is still operating or change status or even broken/unusable at the time I need it. The App is also often showing new facilities recently available since my last time visit to an area or town. Zap-Map is an invaluable tool to check it all out. One of the best aspects of the location information (for me) are the user reviews for each location/charger - they are usually very honest and keep everyone up to date with issues or developments. Great stuff, please keep up the good work. Thanks.

Very helpful app for electric vehicle owners. Useful detail on charger locations and power output and whether chargers are currently in use or not. I find it an essential app when travelling longer distances away from home. Easy to register and to use. Also easy to leave feedback and information which can be useful for other people to read.

Great support for a laptop issue using ZapMap. Alice Webster provided a number of methods to resolve the issue.

Had to change my email address, just an email to pod point support team and that was it, all done. Great help from the support team. 👍

I have read a lot of reviews on Zap Map recently, and have been very surprised that most are very good, whilst there are other users that are not so happy? I have had my Toyota BZ4X for 5 weeks and have really enjoyed the rides, some short some long, and I must say that without Zap Map most would have been no good at all. I read a very sensible suggestion on U tube, that it is a good idea to work out your charging stop on a trip, together with a second stop a short distance past the first possible stop to ensure you can charge your EV safely. It would be very difficult without Zap Maps information to give us piece of mind that you can find the correct detailed charging stops. Thank you Zap Map please keep up your excellent work, and especially your great details to keep us all safe on our EV trips.
