Not worth the trouble.
I stick with Pod point at Tesco.
Cheaper and easier than the mess that is zap maps. Lidl is okay with Lidl plus card, though not so many outlets like Tesco.

I had a problem on the app caused by my own actions. I contacted customer service, who sorted it out within a couple of hours.

I had a problem with the Zapmap App and my query was dealt with rapidly and effectively by the customer support team (thanks Ryan). The filter tools on the App are particularly effective and very satisfied with my premium subscription.

Quick response from customer services and the app makes planning a journey a breeze

Believe that this is my first time using ZapMap. Went to a charge station in Sandsend following the directions from the app itself. Plugged in but could not get my vehicle to charge. The station number on the unit different to that on the app. Phoned the customer service team. The operator said that there was no charge station in Sandsend per his records and could not find either of the station numbers that I had given him.

After 12 minutes the call was cut off and I could not phone back. I later found out that the call had cost me the whole of my monthly spend cap (admittedly only £10) in one go 😒.

Ended up having to locate another charge station 😒

Zapmap customer service is excellent. My query was answered promptly and in great detail.

The app is so easy to use once you’ve found the relevant charging station. Easy to start charging, see the cost and monitor charging progress. Also, the customer support service was super helpful when I did have a query which was basically down to my inexperience.

I had an issue where I paid for a subscription via Apple, only to find it just would not be recognised on the app. Apple refused a refund even though I had evidence of the issue. Thankfully Zapmap stepped in, and I am now up and running and so pleased with the response. Apple could learn so much from Zapmap. Great customer service.

The very useful Zapmap map ceased to load on my PC. A message to the Helpline received a very prompt response that solved the issue.

Something went wrong with my registration - probably a fat-finger error on my part - and I was astonished to find how quickly my plea for help was answered and my problem resolved. Good on you guys!

Zap map are actually easy to use and the backup if you need information, it’s so precise and easy to use by just sending an email. I highly recommend it.

It's not as hard as you think.
I go myself in a frustrated muddle with web and app login so I e mailed Zap-Map customer support, who acknowledged the mail and fixed my account settings within no time, brilliant.
Lesson is, not to get mad with an app, e mail customer services. Eleonora did a sterling job, thank you.
