Everything from start to finish was so easy. Booked online and didn’t have to wait to long at all for installation. Aaron Brown let me know when he would arrive and did a great job, very tidy worker and no issues at all.

Fantastic Indra Charger Installation.
Our Indra charger was installed by two outstanding young men, from WPYC. Lewis and Finn who were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Before they left, Lewis explained every aspect and answered all of our questions, It was our pleasure to meet them and wish them both all the very best.

Great Installation Process
Installation was great - Chap who came to fit it was excellent - explained what was going to happen and gave fair warning as and when power / WiFi would be off.
But of faffage getting the slot booked but that was also down to me having to work around a schedule which has me away a lot.
Not had a chance to really use the product in anger but overall a good experience in terms of installation!

Excellent EV charger installation
The installer was earlier than the original booked time, contacted us to confirm this was happening. Installation was efficient, and the site was left in neat and tidy. James went through in detail with us about the installation before he started and then went through the details of the installation making sure we were aware of the effects of the installation to our previous setup including the added safety features. finally he helped us to instal the appropriate apps and then showed us how to start charging and also how to stop charging. i all a totally professional approach.

Aidan was excellent from start to finish. He kept us informed throughout and gave us a comprehensive walk through of what he'd done and how to use our new ev charger. He arrived on time, considered our needs when the power needed cut to ensure we had all work saved etc and was very pleasant and courteous. He's a credit to your company and I'd happily recommend him to any family and friends who are thinking of switching to electric vehicles.

I had a great experience with the EV charger installation. Joni arrived right on time, completed the work to a very high standard, and was friendly and professional throughout. Everything was explained clearly, and the installation was done neatly and efficiently.

Good experience
James was friendly, knowledgeable and explained what was going to happen at each step of the fitting process. He also spent time afterward checking everything was ok and I understood how everything worked.
