Fast shipping within the expected time frame for EMS and the tracking url was sent via messaging on the website. The figure box was wrapped in bubble wrap and kept firmly in place by paper packing. Finally, the outside box had fragile labels stuck on either side and was very sturdy.

Great communication and shipping time but was definitely disappointed with the cost of shipping, vivionblue does flat 22 for DHL and no customs tax, I paid double that for the same shipping here, weary I may not buy again as the shipping cost is half the figure price
