Thank you for your feedback. We take all claims regarding missing items very seriously and have conducted a thorough internal investigation into this order. At Fandom Tokyo, we maintain a strict fulfillment process. We photograph every order at three stages: the items before packaging, the package after it is sealed, and the items alongside the packing slip. Regarding this specific case, our recorded photos clearly confirm that all three booster boxes were included in the shipment. Furthermore, the packing slip received by the customer confirms that the correct items were dispatched from our warehouse. When our shipping records are verified as accurate yet a discrepancy is reported, it is handled as a potential shipping accident or mail tampering. Our shipping insurance covers such instances; however, this requires the recipient to provide evidence by "retaining all original packaging" and "filing a formal damage report with the carrier." Unfortunately, as the packaging was discarded and no report was made to the courier in this instance, we were unable to proceed with an insurance claim. We strive for 100% accuracy and transparency in every transaction. We encourage all customers to inspect their parcels upon arrival. If any issues are detected, please keep all packaging intact and contact both the carrier and our support team immediately so that we can provide full assistance through our insurance policy.
