Offered great communication on the importing steps I had to take from delivery type to shipping requirements

The communication that yoyakunow provided on my order was fantastic. Ryota-san in particular made things very clear for me, which is very important when I am a non-Japanese speaker and ordering from outside of Japan.

Despite some ambiguity in the entire purchase/checkout process (which is normal as an international customer), I never felt uneasy that something would prevent me from being able to get my desired purchase!

I have nothing but praise and good words to give to the people over at Yoyakunow. I ordered a 1/60 PG Gundam but due to an error in the import code the item never made it through customs and was sent back.

The team at Yoyakunow were very quick to respond to this and very quick to sort out the issue. Their communication with me was on point which reassured me throughout the whole process.

I can honestly and confidently say that Yoyakunow is one of the best sites to go to for Gunpla and action figures!
