I really try not to dish out such high reviews on things because not everything is perfect but I had an amazing purchasing experience that I just have to rate it. Mr. Takanori was so communicative throughout the entire process and was very helpful when I had questions, even when I messaged him about a hiccup (by my own fault) I had with the order process he was very helpful and informal with getting my order back on track. To elaborate on my hiccup for any first time buyers from this vendor it works a lot like if you were to send a purchase from BBTS to your pile of loot, you simply have to ask Mr. Takanori to continue with your purchase and he gets you set up very promptly with shipping and an invoice for said shipping, i was very unamiliar with importing as this was my first purchase and I may have not realized I should message about shipping for about 5 months after making my purchase😅. Outside of that my specific item was very fairly priced, came exceptionally fast for coming from overseas, and was packaged incredibly safe and orderly and no damage was found (outstanding considering i chose FedEx to ship). Overall an amazing experience and I've already made another purchase, can't wait to order more from this vendor.

Super easy to order and great communication!

This was my first time shopping here and the experience was good! I was a bit nervous at first since it was a first time and getting into contact took a bit of time but Mr. Ryota very polite and everything came in as expected. The delivery was pretty fast (I chose the UPS option), with the shipment arriving in a couple days and the boxes inside were in perfect condition (bought three 1/12 scale figures). Just keep in mind you’ll need to be a little patient before your package gets shipped but I’ll be happy to shop here again :)
