The customer service has always been above and beyond! Great products!

Overall I like this product very much. My skin in just a couple weeks use has cleared up. As a 37 year old man I would still get little pimples randomly and have not had one for awhile now. Excited to see what the next month or so do. Really hoping for my redness to calm down.

Researched before purchasing curious about no refunds was told will "tweak" product the company is well aware of my skin issues. After weeks huge dry area around my nose and whiteheads on cheeks and chin At least 10 emails with the latest trying to sell me a serum this company is deceptive in its practices

I have been using Y'OUR for over two years, and I love them! The products are clean, and there is such a peace of mind when using their products. I was able to continue using their products while pregnant. Any time I need to make adjustments they are quick to answer my questions and change my formula to help me get the desired results without charging me extra. If I ever run out of a product, I get free refills, so I don't have to wait until the next billing cycle. I love love love their products!

This brand is absolutely amazing! I can not say a bad word about them. I have tried several of their products but my favorites are the Skin Tint, the Lip balm, and the Makeup Primer. The skin tint feels lightweight and blends beautifully. The lip balm keeps me from reapplying other chapsticks. The makeup primer makes my skin feel smooth and keeps my makeup in place for hours without causing my skin to breakout. If you’ve been thinking about getting anything from this brand, take this as your sign to go for it!

I was looking for a natural facial cleansing routine after I used a product that left my eyes swollen and dry patches on my skin. I found this company and ordered the products. I received everything and could not figure out how the lotion worked so I messaged and they sent a new bottle with instructions for free. I love how my skin is soft and I never have breakouts or issues anymore. My skin was dry and dull looking and now it is radiant! I was having an issue with my bank allowing the payments to receive my subscription so I started a new account. I received the new cleanser and it was not the same as the old cleanser. I messaged the support team and they got right back to me and sent the old formula that I loved for free. Customer service has been nothing but amazing! The products are fantastic and I never want to use another product again! Thank you so much for your products and wonderful team members!

This is a great lip balm 5/5, and the aesthetic packaging is lovely! I enjoyed the smooth application and hydration that it provides. I’d say that this lip product is a hybrid between a lip oil and lip balm, but doesn’t give a greasy or sticky feel. It easily squeezes out of the tube and a little goes a long way. It also has a subtle peppermint scent which isn’t too strong and makes the product pleasant to apply.

I love their products. I have been using them for 6 months. I went from having frequent breakouts to barely any. My skin is soo smooth and less oily. Hyperpigmentation has decreased a lot. I recommend this to anyone who is struggling and nothing has worked. This product is a game changer.

My face loves YOUR skin products! I've been a loyal customer for a couple of years, and had accumulated more than I expected or could use! I paused my subscription for a little while, so I could use up my cache! When I ran out of a few things, I reordered them, and started up my subscription. Then I realized that all I needed to do was to wait for my new green box to arrive! When I reached out to your company, all I wanted to do was cancel the items, as I couldn't afford them, and the box! I was told that they would still give the 3 products to me, along with my green box, as a gesture of kindness, as they had already been ordered. I couldn't believe it... what a great company, as you could have easily charged me for these items. I will remain a loyal customer and always keep my subscription ON!! Game changer!
My skin was dry with redness and breakouts. Now after using my personalized skincare line products from Y’OUR, my skin is moisturized and smooth, no longer red and irritated. I did develop under eye bags, but the professionals recommended using the eye cream that took care of the problem. I recommend these products to family and friends now. Great service and great products.
