They sent the wrong shade and refuses to refund my money - or send the correct shade. I have proof of the SKU number on the wrapping vs the SKU number on the box. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Worst customer service ever and a total scam, I cancelled my subscription and then a year later randomly got an email that my order was “on the way”, was charged for it, and they refused to refund me even tho I never resubscribed. They told me they sent a “reminder” email a couple weeks prior to the shipment so I had ample time to cancel if I didn’t want it, but I checked junk, spam, everywhere, NEVER received this email. They still refused to refund. Horrible company. Scam subscriptions.

I have been using the skin system + serum (once a day) for about 3 months now. I have rosacea that was very hard to control, would make me feel self-conscious, and required a strong cream prescribed by a dermatologist with the ingredients that I don't feel comfortable continually putting on my skin. I stopped using the cream to see if proven can help. And I am happy to say that it's so much better. Rosacea didn't disappear completely but it's calmer, not so red. i don't need to wear foundation. If I am going to public places I just use the light mineral powder from Jane Iredale. I feel happier and more confident now. I hope things only get better with me continuing to use Proven. I highly recommend you try it.

I tried my personalized skin products. Very greasy and I broke out in 2 hours after the first application. I contacted the email on their website only to get a non deliverable as my reply. If I would have know they had zero refund policy, I would have never ordered this product. I am out $129 for one use. If I would have known they were unreachable, I would have never ordered these products.

I purchased the product and used for a month and found it to not be of poor quality although bordering on overpriced at $99. The price was going to jump to $142 for the next order, which I felt was too expensive so I cancelled my subscription. They proceeded to ship me the product anyway and bill the $142. After asking them about this, they would not refund the money even when I tried to send the product back. So much potential, such disappointing behavior from this company.

I tried this product for about 6 - 8 months. It's expensive and if you are already using products for sensitive skin then it may not do a whole lot for you. But my reason for cancelling the subscription is the day cream specifically. I live in an area with a lot of sun. So much sun, that I must always use a good SPF when I leave the house. So I want a good day cream that moisturizes my dry and sensitive skin in the morning and after a shower. I will then apply SPF block or sunscreen before going outside. But the Proven Day cream is a crappy SPF that doesnt really moisturize so well and leave a white tint. I did try change my profile - but it didnt change. I know my postal code says I need so much SPF: that is why I add it separately, I need to.

If you do like it though, a pro tip is to start the process off cancelling the subscription: they will offer you a much better deal.

I did really like the night cream and cleanser. I will miss those. But it's overpriced and the day cream really doesn't work if you need to use a moisturizer and not a sunscreen.

I love the customized products, but after months of use I am not seeing improvement in fine lines and wrinkles. My skin does feel very moisturized and plump. I love the customer support and I think Proven is a great company. I'd like to see a few other products, like a stronger retinol type serum and a more abrasive exfoliating scrub.

Very happy with the results of the PROVEN skincare line. I have seen reduced redness, blackheads and cystic acne. I am also happy to have a subscription which makes it much easier.

I am over 50 and have battled with cystic acne all of my adult life. I have tried SO many different skin care products. Nothing has ever cleared up skin like Proven. I would highly recommend this system to everyone.

This product line was recommended by a friend, I prefer quality products and will pay the premium. This line gives me results expected and the customer service and following up is amazing. In addition to the package I have purchased the serum and evening eye cream. I love all the products with the exception of the day moisturizer which was too thick and dry for me which Proven customer service was quick to resolve and replace for free with a reformulation better suited to my skin.

I can’t recommend this system enough. I developed a rosacea and it was put on very expensive prescriptions from my doctor. I really didn’t want to try them knowing that I would have to use them forever so I did some research and found proven. I gave it a try, and immediately the redness that I was experiencing went away and has not returned, I love the simplicity of the system and its effectiveness on my very sensitive skin. Helped balance my skin and significantly helped stop my acne!

The first thing I noticed right away is my face stopped itching. My dermatitis went away within 48 hours.
My skin is much smoother. I can wear makeup again and not worry flaking. Itchy skin. I have only been using Proven for 3 months and so far I really like the results.

Proven is a really good system of skincare. The biggest drawback for me is the cost vs. results. I have extremely sensitive skin, I am a fair skinned redhead, (not a "ginger") with rosacea. Proven has not caused any unpleasant results, and I have not had any visible flares since using these products. The eye cream system results have been disappointing, due only to the cost vs. results. I have had fewer problem days with my skin, and have recommended it to friends who can afford it. Proven is good about staying in touch to offer assistance and guidance. I have not priced other personalized, home delivery skincare systems, so I do not have personal, accurate comparisons. I chose to try Proven because my daughter recommended it when I commented on how beautiful her skin looked and she shared her "secret", Proven!

I am a big fan of personalized skincare. I've seen a big change with how my skin feels, and I'm looking forward to seeing how different my skin looks and feels at the 6 month mark.
