Whenever I've needed to change or update my skincare routine, Y'OUR Skincare team has always helped and they care more about the person than they do about the business. Everyone that has helped me has been so helpful and kind. This is also the only skin care that has ever helped my sensitive, problematic, acne prone skin.

I started this routine a couple of years ago and it has been working great for my skin!

I started using Y’OUR Skin in 2023 after struggling with acne and frequent breakouts for a long time. Before that, I tried many products but nothing really worked for my skin.

Since switching to Y’OUR, my skin has improved so much. It’s clearer, softer, and much more balanced. I’ve even received many compliments on my skin, which I never used to get before. What I love most is the peace of mind I have now knowing my skincare routine actually works for me.

I’ve been a loyal customer since I started, and I truly appreciate how effective the products have been for my skin.

I’ve been really impressed with the Y’our Purifying Detox Mask! My skin felt so refreshed, clean, and smooth after using it. It gives that deep-clean feeling without leaving my face feeling dry or tight, which is a huge plus for me. I love how it helps my skin look clearer and more balanced while still feeling gentle. It’s quickly become one of my favorite self-care skincare steps!

This company has been a huge help to my skin and so helpful in their efforts to keep their customers happy, informed and especially responsive every time i have a question regarding the product, billing, changing formulas etc… I do feel that they truly care for their customers and want to genuinely help each individual. The products are awesome as well. You definitely won’t regret trying this product!.

My skin care routine Arrived in a beautiful box and I was so thrilled to start using the products! I love the cleanser, it lathers up nicely and I feel super clean after the rinse. The serum and lotions are so nice and leave my skin glowing! I am 69 years young and love the fact the products are clean with no harse chemicals. thank you for my glow!!!!

When I received my Y'our package I was so excited I have always had acne so I was excited to try it out due to the fact that korean skin care surpasses american skin care. 2nd reason being ever since mid way thru my 1st trimester my face and neck had gotten especially worse. People always told me you will have this pregnancy glow, and all I wanted to do was hide inside the house, when I wore makeup instead of hiding my acne my acne looked even worse. So I know I needed the closest thing to natural ingredients instead of all these harsh products. Well upon receiving my box i reached out via text message, I highly suggest not doing that. There is an e-mail go about reaching out to customer service that way. When I reached out via email that every day I got a reply. They made everything right by addressing the issues with all the photos I provided. I've been using this product for a few days and I can see a difference in my skin, the acne on my face is clearing up, I am just hoping these painful ones on my neck will be disappearingthe more i use Y'our products. I will continue posting and letting you guys know my progress!

Honestly I don’t think they post honest reviews of their products or else it would be a lot more negative reviews. You can’t find any legit reviews of their products except on trust pilot which itself is sketchy. 1. They don’t do refunds once you purchase their product. I had a horrible reaction and couldn’t get my money back. That’s one way to lose out on $200 skin care regimen that doesn’t even work. I don’t understand how anyone can actually use this company and be happy. Scam alert guys, the products are cheap and irritate the skin. Avoid at all cost! I can’t even post reviews on their website.

I got my box and I really loved that they helped me get what I needed since I needed to make some changes. They were quick in replying. The packaging is very cute but also functional.

I had a misunderstanding that my order was a subscription and not a 1 time order to try first. When I brought this to the attention of their customer service they were more than happy and prompt in working out the details to resolve my issue.

This product burned my skin after 1 use. I had to throw it away. Not just burned my face but also my arms. Not sure if others had this issue, but my sister tried it after and had the same burn on her skin, but worse. I contacted them, and they said to toss it fr a refund. Never received the refund. Didn't work for me, unfortunately.

These personalized skin products are absolutely amazing! My skin has never felt this good. After the first 3 months I have noticed a significant change in my acne breakouts, hyperpigmentation and excessive oily skin. It’s if my skin has become addicted to these products. I am a woman of color with sensitive skin and I have not experienced any adverse effects from using these products. I absolutely recommend these products for all skin types of skin and ethnicities.

I have been using Y'OUR products for several years now, and I have used LOTS of different products throughout my teens and adulthood. The Y'OUR AI prescription products have been the only ones to not only address my skincare issues fully and effectively, but also to maintain healthy skin. My most recent ordering experience with Annie, the agent who assisted me, was wonderfully positive. She is lovely, and Y'OUR is blessed to have her on staff.

It's super easy to do the consultation. Once that's done send you a skin care regime that is specifically for you based on your needs. I have noticed a difference in my skin so far the only issue is I'm not as consistent as I need to be due to travel. However, using the products are super easy into the point it's a two step process.

I've been using this product for over a year, and I don't usually write reviews unless a product is incredibly good, which this one is. I can attest to the dramatic change and the care it provides for my face. It's incredible! If you're looking for a good price and a product where you'll truly notice a difference, this is the one.

This lip balm is amazing, it doesn’t give the sticky ness most balms give, it leaves your lips feeling refreshed with the peppermint scent. Now my favourite balm.

Scammers. The product burned my skin, so I cancelled it months ago, yet they continue to charge me, and I haven't received any skincare. I have had 15 email conversations, all saying we are here to help. Hang tight. for over a week. I have proven it was cancelled, yet they keep trying to charge my card again this week. I wish I could post their emails and my proof it was cancelled and show the new charge they are trying to do!
