Can’t even get a quote. Your website needs updating or at least get someone to look at it. Filling in the post code and the amount wanted, then I put my email in and nothing. Will try someone else.

Didn’t deliver as agreed
Didn’t turn up on or before agreed delivery date, no contact. When I phoned to find out what happened, they said it would be another 1-2 days and nothing they could do.
Very poor.

Very disappointed with the service received. I ordered 500 litres of heating oil, but my delivery was cut short because the delivery truck ran out of fuel.
I contacted the company immediately to request that the outstanding balance be delivered at the earliest convenience, particularly as I had ordered 500 litres at a price that has since increased considerably.
I was told that although the short delivery was due to an issue at there end it was not possible to deliver the balance. It would not be possible in their system.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I have since read the company's response to a similar complaint from July, where they confirmed that the customer's missing oil had been delivered.
So, which is it? Can the outstanding oil be delivered or not? I find it difficult to understand why one customer can receive the balance of their order, yet I am being told this is not possible.
I placed an order for 500 litres at an agreed price and would simply like the company to honour that order by delivering the outstanding quantity at the original price. I would appreciate a clear explanation as to why this cannot be arranged, particularly when it appears to have been possible for another customer.
I asked the complaints manager how I logged a formal complaint and was basically told there would be no point because it would be her dealing with it and nothing would change.
Shocking customer service.
UPDATE following reply - You have stated the missing amount was only around 80-90L however the person who you did go back and deliver to in July was for 95L, does the 5L really make the difference?

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the outcome.
As discussed during our phone conversation, the shortfall was approximately 80-90L. Unfortunately, due to the size of the shortfall, we are unable to send a tanker back to deliver the remaining quantity. If the outstanding amount had been significantly larger, a return delivery may have been possible, which is why different circumstances can result in different resolutions.
We would also like to reassure you that we only charge for the quantity actually delivered, and your invoice has been adjusted to reflect the exact number of litres dispensed into your tank.
We appreciate that this was not the answer you were hoping for, and we did explain our procedure and the reasoning behind our decision during our call. We pride ourselves on our customer service and can only apologise that on this occasion we were unable to meet your expectations.
