This company is just amazing and their customer service is the best! They responded to my very late email so fast and not onky followed up but answered my questions!

I placed a book order and realized my apartment number was not on the order and realized my order never arrived.

I emailed about the status of my order, it was delivered but never received.

I informed Lily and she right away was so attentive and quick with her response.
I appreciate her help throughout the process.

First time parent dealing with this company through my son’s school. I was concerned that my eldest son would miss out on the opportunity to have his picture published in the schools book as he didn’t get the letter with the necessary details before breaking up for half term, I emailed expecting to be told there was nothing that could be done but to my surprise they resolved the problem with no issues at all. Their correspondence over email was prompt, friendly and professional. I look forward to dealing with the company again soon after a fantastic first experience 😊
