I'm never one for leaving reviews, but this service genuinely deserves the 5* review I'm giving it.

I completed the probate application with my Mum shortly after my Dad's passing. My Mum had been quoted thousands of £s to do this on her behalf, which I felt was unreasonable.

After a quick Google I found this website and suggested it to my Mum. She was sceptical at first so I offered to help, and having completed the intuitive online process with her, she quickly told me she could have done it herself!

It's not a nice thing to deal with, particularly at such a difficult time, but I couldn't recommend this highly enough. It genuinely works and we have just received our letters of administration.

You Can Do Probate made the process of applying for probate at what is, for most, a difficult time a great deal easier and cheaper, saving money, time and stress.
Both the site and the You Can Probate team have been awesome and helpful. It has made this process much easier to understand and without the need to pay over the top for a solicitor.

Did not have any further information than I expected. It was easier to complete the task on the official website. Cheaper too.

My wife died recently and left £130K in ISA's and savings. I was stimulated to try You Can Do Probate by a solicitor's quote of £4000 to do the same! Idid this online with the assistance of one of my daughters. The process was well explained, methodical and easy to follow. I submitted all documentation to the Probate Office on 27 Sept. The acid test is whether or not is accepted by that office. I'll let you know.

Was really concerned i would struggle with this but it was an absolute breeze. Great platform and so user friendly.

As it says; "You can do Probate" all be it with a little help from the team who are really great. I had my doubts initially but I have managed to complete all of the forms and get my application in for my Mothers estate, and I am in my 70S. It was interesting that funeral expenses are an expense rather than a liability but I suppose if we think about it, it is. Many thanks to the team. I can just wait and see how long it takes to get it from here.

YCDP is excellent. As an 80 year old with very basic and fairly rubbish IT skills I was a bit apprehensive but found the process straight forward and easy to understand. It was very helpful to be given a list of the information I would need before starting. I wanted to do the probate after my wife passed away but amassing the information and filling out the form I found difficult. I purchased YCDP and found that after I had answered various groups of questions and given relevant figures the form was produced correctly made out.
Yes there was a cost but nowhere near the cost of hiring a solicitor.

Makes everything really simple. Got probate granted in 2 weeks!

An excellent service. The team are happy to talk you through the options before you commit and make sure that the software will work for your circumstances. Once you get started it is easy to use and save your work. Very good and recommended.

I have still to receive the actual probate and it has been 9 weeks

I was so happy I found YouCanDoProbate. I did not even know where to start with this process but as soon as you register with them on line (and pay the fee) it guides you through step by step. You then just print off the the forms and send them off. It made a complicated system really simple for us.

It was really useful to start the forms and go back to them over a period of days without having to start again. Once completed and printed off, we sent off and our Grant of Probate was received 4 weeks later. I had to contact staff at the Help Centre on a couple of occasions and they were more than helpful. Definitely would recommend using this service if the application is not complicated.

The process was simple and the support provided spot on.

This is a brilliant piece of software. Very easy to use and intuative and, makes the daunting task of applying for a Grant of Probate easy for anyone who can use a computer. It makes using a solicitor for this task completely redundant. Also, the on line help is excellent as you can actually speak to a human.

I found You Can Do Probate really helpful, polite, they were very patient with me when I had a problem, and when I rang and left a message, they always came back to me, the proof of the pudding will be if my submission goes through successfully.

I am so glad that I chose to invest in this software. It is a simple tool which guides you through the process in a very clear way. Firstly you can input the required information about the estate (which you would have to collate and provide to a solicitor anyway) and it then determines which forms need to be populated to apply for probate (and inheritance tax), and populates them correctly. It has saved us a lot of time and money . The customer support team are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and easy to get hold of. Thank you for making this a smooth process at a difficult time. Our grant of probate was received today which was only 5-6 weeks after receipt of the application by the probate office at a time where the probate office are quoting 8 week lead times to acknowledge probate application receipt.

Easy to do. Help always available. And it costs a lot less than solicitors. Excellent service.

What can I say.
Site was self explanatory and easy to use.
Fortunately I had all the necessary documentation which gave me a smooth ride through the forms.
Probably saved us £10k of solicitors fees.
I had one query about one of the sections so raised that and somebody called me within 30mins and everything was explained simply.
If you are dealing with a simple estate, as was mine (just one property and Bank Accounts) it's a fantastic option to use.
