Having had many Yorkshire teabags split on me, where they were not sealed at the sides, I wrote to Taylors to explain my experience, and as to what could have caused this. They replied very promptly the same day, saying it was an operational fault, that can happen, and very kindly offered to replace the teabags, which I wasn't expecting. I've been enjoying Yorkshire Tea for many many years, and will continue to do so.

Brilliant customer service from Bronte at Yorkshire tea. After an email regarding some defective tea bags in a recent purchase of decaf tea my concern was dealt with and escalated within 12 hours . Timely, professional , courteous and friendly in response and within 3 days I’ve received a replacement box. Thank you. Love my Yorkshire tea

Excellent customer service. I'd had a problem with a box of teabags I'd purchased, I got in touch with Taylors of Harrogate and they replied immediately and replaced my product.
Lovely to know they are a company that care.

Taste of perfume

Their decaf is best I’ve ever tasted. However I did have a problem with the bags not being perforated. I made a complaint and their response was very quick and positive. Well done!

I ordered an Xbox remote a while Back and it was brilliant. I had a problem and needed some from Yorkshire tea who were amazing from start to finish. Phoebe Dixon helped me massively her customer service skills are top Notch and she is such a kind and understanding person thank you so much.

This has been my favourite brew for years. A quick shout out for Bronte at customer service for resolving a minor issue.

We love Yorkshire Tea Bags but unfortunately there was a problem with the last box we bought. I contacted the company and had a prompt reply from Bronte in Customer service with an apology and an explanation as to why the fault had occured. This was followed by a swift delivery of replacement tea bags. Excellent customer service, thank you Bronte and Yorkshire Tea.

Emailed on the Friday, reply back on Monday morning and replacement of a whole box of tea bags on same week on the Friday, what could be better, thank you.

Bought a large box and we all said the tea is not the same. Its weaker and even after leaving teabag it still tastes different. Loved Yorkshire tea but seems all teabags taste the same and to be frank not very nice. Can see by reviews I'm not the only one. Hence will be buying another brand. They need to look at this as business will be lost which is such a shame.

I bought the large box of Yorkshire tea, however half the teabags are so weak they look like green tea! And Murkey dirty water with milk. What a waste of half a box!

First, full disclosure, I am an avid drinker of tea and my forebears are from Yorkshire. Over the years my wife and I have tried the usual suspects by way of brands, but couldn’t really settle on one. That said once I tried Taylor of Yorkshire’s finest I was hooked. I have never found any lacking by way of quality in the products having tried several of their range. Recently we had found a few of our favourite brew bags were splitting, not a major drama in the grand scheme of things but certainly worthy of letting the Quality Control folk know about. I dropped a Contact Us form off to Taylor’s to let them know. I was pleasantly surprised that within a few hours of having dropped the contact form I received a response from Bronte at Customer Services. I wasn’t able to provide the batch number or best before date as the box had been discarded once the tea caddy was filled. Bronte advised that it was possibly a defect in a particular machine and it would be looked at. I was also told that we would receive a replacement box of teabags for our troubles. This to me is a further demonstration of a quality company, producing quality products and providing amazing customer support. The replacements teabags weren’t necessary at all, but are gratefully received. I would encourage anyone using other makes to give Taylor’s of Yorkshire a bash, you won’t be disappointed or regret it. Enjoy. 👍🏻🇬🇧

I have noticed over the past year or so that the quality of YT bags varies from box to box. The current box we are using was bought a week ago and the tea seems weaker than usual and many of the teabags split. We will be looking for an alternative brand after we use this box.

Having bought a box of our favourite tea bags, we found that unfortunately some of the bags were torn and split. Contacted Yorkshire Tea about this problem and they were so understanding, took all details of the problem and batch number on the box etc, and have sent us a new box. Couldn’t ask for more.
Would highly recommend the tea and the company itself.

The personal service and professional, trustworthy response to a query, was resolved in double quick time and completely to my satisfaction. Lovely to have a company with such high standards.
