Lovely coffee, super service, no complaints

Thank York Emporium, I arrived at your york store not really having a clue what to order - the kind gentleman serving me ( sorry not sure of his name) explained them all and took time in doing so even though I was so indecisive- great customer service can't wait to try my coffee 😀

Good coffee with reasonable price. Local to me which is a plus. You can choose the coarseness of the coffee ground or have it as whole bean.

Received the order very quickly but ordered the personalised coffee and it came without personalisation.
Emailed to ask for a replacement and had no response, shame as it was for a gift for my husband and very expensive coffee beans without the personalisation.

I have the roasters choice and it provides lots of variations and taste experiences. I make a note of which bean is of particular pleasure and will use the reward points to buy more of it.
Always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We have used YCE for some years - the coffee is the best and it is good to experiment occasionally with new offers. Chocolatey flavours are our favourite. We also have coffee delivered here for our daughter in London. She is a firm fan also.

I'm not a review writer so I'm impressed; with my Sumatra Mandheling, Monsoon Malabar & Brazil Santo Antonio received to N.Ireland with roast date 10 days previous. Ground with a good burr hand grinder (1Zpresso JX Pro) and brewed with a Gaggia classic 2019 (modified to 9 bar pressure), all drank as Americanos. Sumatra Mandheling flavour is just a bit special; smooth and clean with a very pleasant sweetness, it's unique. Monsoon Malabar has a stunning crema, similar tasting notes to Mhandeling I felt without the notable sweetness. Brazil Santo Antonio - very pleasant and discernible flavour notes, I can't fault any of these coffees, all can be savoured. Well done yourselves at York Emporium
