I was busy in the garden and the driver sought me out Majority of drivers wouldn't bother and just dump it.

From start to finish ,weve had such an " uninventfull " experience to make our choices so easy to choose.
We we're expecting our new shed to be dropped off kerbside ( as what normally happens) but our delivery driver Gary said " no thats part of my job" . So duly put kettle on for him as we couldn't believe the support we've had. So if anyone is looking to but from this company, be assured its supported by us.

Staff are exemplary at anytime even if busy and the odd awkward patron. I always use local store for anything i need. The odd occasion if they have no stock then will travel to Caerphilly and order/pickup from there.

When i opened the package and saw the new wok sat there. I knew straight away it was class and quality.
Followed the pre seasoning advice and my what a difference to use.
Hangs proud in the kitchen a d will be.for many years.

Same driver everytime and a great demeanor.

Been a member for over 20+years and have never faulted my experiences with them.

Easy to order on line which shows what is in stock and is avaliable to pick up ( if thats what your needing )
Staff wise at my local branch are exceptional and go beyond.

Would of put 5☆but due to your choice of courier i had to knock at.least one. They sent emails to say my " time slot" would be between 830_1230. Never turned. Update email will now be upto 6pm.
Never turned.
Email update wont be out today. Rescheduled for next day.
Same email process.

ANOTHER EMAIL UPDATE......And on and on and on it went.
I doubt if ill be a returning customer purely because of your choice of courier.

Always a pleasure using local branch. Staff have always been attentive even when its been busy.

Personal attentiveness from member of staff named Jake. He couldn't of been more helpfull.

Always interactive and " happy to help" staff. I've been using Toolstation for many years and always been my go to supplier.

On arrival i was greeted promptly and with a welcoming cheery smile. What more can we ask for. Very efficient staff indeed.
Only one small " company staff image" and what staff members smoking outside close to the shop itself. Could they be asked to go away from the building.
Just a suggestion for company image and nothing personal towards the hard working staff.

This company went above and beyond expectations. Will be using again when needed.
As a small fledgling company we apricate when a supplier company will help out even if its something small that solves a problem we had.

Overall very good and quick responses to any enquiries.
Only 1 very minor thing i have to mention and that is i would personally prefare any candle dyes to be crushed and not in snapped off pieces. Apart from that little hiccup, im very happy and will be using your offerings when i need .more.

I've never had any problems with Toolstation at any time or any branch to be honest. There are occasionally where there are busy periods ,but that is to be expected
would be more quicker if people would check if stock is in BEFORE they leave and write down part numbers from either website or from catalogue.

After originally being told ALL stock i ordered HAD been allocated and being prepared . Due course will be processed
Days before it was due ,found out the main part of the delivery WASN'T allocated and wasn't available.
The glasses which i ordered at same time) which did arrive) they turned up a day late with no reason or apology given.
Tried to ring customer services and all i got was a automated voice saying the exact information giving in a emails That included information about " deliveries " can be delivered upto 2000hrs .
So you can imagine dont bother ordering off line. The Range actually charge you to have it to any store or your home.

Again the delivery person we had was professional in all aspects.
Wish we knew her name so this could be directed to her.

We have a young lady who has always been polite and on time within alloted slot.
