Love the deal! My only comment/ recommendation us that the agent would give more complete info in emails. “Think like a traveler- not an agent”!
Due to time difference, it took many days of back and forth emailing. Everyone was pleasant though and I’m happy with the results.

Flight and hotel reservations were well done. Communication was excellent. All three hotels were well located. One was exceptional; both the room and included breakfasts. All three helpful

Inez was very professional and…
Inez was very professional and accommodated a third guest. She did also try to get prices for a fourth which we appreciated.
My only concern with the package is that we have to call 24 hrs in advance and coordinate all our transfers. This will be Tiring after two flights etc and manoeuvring the airport as well as from the hotels. This should be all arranged for us. We are all late seventies.
Just waiting for tickets for flight and cruise to be emailed in a timely fashion.

The booking was friendly. But the obligation to make seat reservation on line is a pain particularly when the flight tickets keep changing.

A company that is exceptional to work with
Mariana Faria was exceptional to work with in planning our upcoming trip to Sicily and Malta. She was knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process.
What impressed me most was her follow-up and her willingness to work through every question and obstacle that came up along the way. Rather than simply presenting standard options, Mariana listened carefully to what I was looking for and worked hard to find the accommodations, itinerary, and solutions that fit our trip.

Very good and responsive overall
Very good and responsive overall. We would use them again. The only issues were that it took two attempts to get our train tickets and one of the hotels didn’t have AC even though we were told it would.
