The staff went above and beyond to assist us to insure that we were able to book the same flights and itinerary as our friends. We’ve used YES getaways before and will use them again.

Some communication issues between Yes Getaways and the tour operator
We had difficulty getting the correct revised itinerary when the start date for the tour was shifted by a day. We were okay with the change as it left us with a free day in a city that we wanted to see more of but we couldn’t seem to get the revised itinerary that showed correct check in/check out days for the hotels.

I inadvertently chose a particular trip with a longer layover between flights than I wanted. After contacting Yes Getaways, the agent changed the booking to the one I should have picked in the first place, the one with the shorter layover between flights. Thanks!

It was a great 10 days trip to Spain
It was a great 10 days trip to Spain. Great over all taste of Spain. We did 10 cities in 10 days. Trip was perfect only 2 cons were originally assigned an electrical car for a road trip n had to pay $110e for upgrade and luggage was not included, only carry on. Value for the money. Looking forward to next trip. Drove a Total 2967 km / 1842 miles and walked 107 miles. Lost 5 lbs and 1 inch from belly.. win win

Great package, easy to navigate and communication with the team is very good!! They are quick to respond to inquiries in a very timely manner. Booked transfers through them and drivers were in contact with us through what’s app. Would definitely use them again !

Positives and Negatives
Positives: The van we travelled in. The people we travelled with. Our G Adventures tour guide for the week.
Negatives: The itinerary wasn’t accurate until 2 days before departure. CONSTANT emphasis on tipping!. Breakfast was included in t the hotels but we weren’t free to choose where we ate all other meals. We wore told this is where you’re eating!
