Junaid has been amazing with the set up of our account and has continued to support myself and the team with the set up of the phone lines. The service provided has been top quality and we are very happy with the service of Yay.com. Previously we were with the same phone system company for 7 years, so changing to a new system made the team a little nervous, but there has been no issues so far and we are incredibly happy we have made the switch. No delays in calls, and fantastic options to personalise our phone system to match the business.

Paid my domain renewal fee, yet Yay.com still let my domain expire. As a result, all services and apps connected to it went down. I contacted support immediately, and after more than a week, the issue is still unresolved.

For a company managing critical infrastructure like domains, this level of incompetence and lack of urgency is unacceptable. Avoid if you value reliability and customer support.

Calls weren't coming through on the Yay app, I rang support- I didn't have to wait in line, Charlie immediately picked up. It is refreshing not to have to wait on the line for someone to take your call. He listened to me and then talked me through the steps needed to solve the problem. I then emailed back with another query- again, Charlie immediately knew what to do. All is working now, I'm a very happy customer!

I have rang on other occasions as well and Yay staff appear very knowledgeable and well trained. I would recommend the app wholeheartedly.
