Been using Yay.com for the past few years now, excellent offering, plus their customer service is exceptional. Special mention to Dom, who always resolves any (rare) issues in a timely manner. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a global VOIP provider!

I have been with Yay for many years and never had any lasting issues. Their support staff were always quick to respond and resolve any problems. However, I am now changing provider as Yay's product and pricing no longer suits my needs. If Yay fits your requirements then, in terms of customer service and reliability, they are certainly worth considering.

I'm running Linux Mint, no WiFi, and have a VoIP phone. After a protracted issue with my broadband, which my ISP ultimately solved with two visits by OpenReach engineers, my VoIP connection ceased to work. After exchanging a couple of e-mail messages with Yay.com Support, I was offered direct assistance with remote access to my workstation to tweak the settings. Unfortunately, my set-up - which is somewhat unusual, and not conducive to easy remote access - precluded this. With no quick fix available, I asked whether I could be guided through the settings by e-mail.

All credit and many thanks to Dom Baker for his remarkable patience. We e-mailed back and forth for several days, exchanging a couple of dozen messages, until the system was up and running again. I strongly recommend Yay.com and their support. If you're reading this, Dom, thanks again, and we hope you're having a great afternoon. Stay safe!

Dom was great, very responsive and his advice and direction helped me through the issues first time. A great response, just what we needed to get our lines back on track.

It'sy first time to transfer domains to them firstly it get error every time, but after calling them they did their best to solve it

New customer setting up a new ported number away from my old costly supplier. All went very well.
Slightly unsure of the process etc, but have managed to easily set up the App on PC and mobile, plus set up an IP desk phone. Set answer phone message and forwarding easily.
Asked some initial questions to Dom in support, and refreshingly they are uk based, rapid in responding and very helpful.

The team at Yay.com is fantastic. The client support from Umar was prompt, polite, and incredibly helpful.
Umar explained how to update my existing direct debit information and quickly resolved a frustrating issue I had with my direct debit billing.
He took the time to answer my questions and ensured the entire billing process was smooth and stress-free.
I absolutely recommend both the service and the platform for any business looking for a reliable VoIP system with excellent platform and customer care.
