Great service by Yay always resolve any issues.

I've been with Yay over 18 months! Every query I've encountered they've responded promptly and ensured that it was resolved satisfactorily; no matter how long it took. It's refreshing and reassuring to have such a conscientious provider!!

I reached out to Yay.com recently as one of my resseller customers requred some urgent detailed help wth a Grandstream issue. Dom from support said he'd investgate, I was very happy to recieve his detailed help and suggestions before the end of the day helping me resolve the issue before the bank holiday weekend, my customer was impressed.

Really impressed with Yay so far. The call quality is very clear and the app works great. It also feels secure which was important for me as I’m using it for my business calls.

I had a few issues getting set up at first because there’s quite a few settings and it can be a little tricky when your new to it, but the support was excellent. Claudio helped me out and was really prompt and helpful. My issues were resolved in a matter of minutes which made the whole process much easier.

Only small downside is the setup can be a bit confusing at the start, but once everything is working it’s amazing. Calls are clear, the app is solid, and the support has been great. Highly recommend.

I usually read reviews before choosing a company, but I have been with YAY for over a year using their VoIP service without any issues. Every time I raised a ticket, they replied super fast and resolved it within an hour.

Recently, I was looking into their domain services. I raised a ticket and spoke to Dom Baker, I was very impressed. He answered all my questions, one by one, and addressed everything I asked. My only hope is that I can get Dom Baker every time I raise a ticket.

Changing domain registrars makes you nervous at first, but I am over the moon with YAY and their service. Thank you for all the work!

top notch phone provider we have our global calls with them and find their sevice the most cost effective on the market - furthermore when we need help DOM is always onhand to make changes to the account always nice speakiung wiht real people rather than AI bots this company has a great hands on personal touch

Dom's customer service is first class. You will not find another secondary number app with service like it. Always helpful no matter how many annoying questions I ask! Will always look into things if I have trouble with a call, provides updates as to where team are with investigations! Cannot fault at all!

Have been with yay.com as a business customer for about 10 years and never really had any problems, but recently had issues with our hardware meaning no inbound or outbound service, so i reached out to their support team for help.

Claudio went above and beyond to try and get things back working - he was extremely patient, even though he was working on out-dated systems that he wasn't knowledgeable about, he made sure that he left no stone unturned to try and fix the problem.

I'm extremely grateful for his kind and genuine manner, and can't thank him enough for taking all the pressure out of a stressful situation.
