Dom was amazing, really knowledable and got me up and running in no time

I wanted to leave a review following a prticularly unusual email delivery issue we recently experienced, and especially to recognise Andy Taylor for the support he provided.

Our experience with Yay originally started with a personal account that I have. After having a positive experience with them, I recommended Yay to the directors of a business we look after, who subsequently adopted their telephone services. We now manage two separate business accounts with Yay, alongside the personal account.

During this recent issue, Andy was incredibly helpful. Our emails were successfully leaving Microsoft 365 but weren't consistently reaching Yay, and there was no obvious explanation as to why.

What particularly impressed me was Andy's persistence. Rather than simply confirming there was no problem or block at Yay's end and closing the case, he continued investigating, involved their systems administrator, arranged further tests and kept working through the possibilities with me.

Eventually, the investigation uncovered an unexpected old Google account associated with one of our company email addresses. This gave me the information I needed to pursue the matter directly with Google, and the underlying problem was ultimately resolved.

The issue itself wasn't caused by Yay, which makes Andy's assistance even more appreciated. He could easily have concluded that their systems were working correctly and left it there, but instead he continued helping us get to the bottom of it.

A huge thank you to Andy Taylor for his patience, technical knowledge, communication and determination throughout, and also to Saakshi for her initial assistance.

Having started with a personal account and subsequently being confident enough to recommend Yay for business use and now managing two business accounts with them speaks for itself. Support like Andy's reinforces why we continue to use and recommend Yay.
