Wasn't sure which service to go for when looking for a good value landline service for a startup business. Had used Yay.com briefly years ago so thought why not try them again. Absolutely no regrets - super smooth sign-up process, very clear instructions, and when I needed a technical answer to an issue I was having, the service was first class - the advisor answered instantly and was super knowledgable, guiding me to the exact setting I needed to change on my ATA.

If you're undecided, I would highly recommend this company - you won't regret it!

We've been with Yay Telecom for five+ years now and I can honestly say it's one of the easiest supplier relationships we have. The service just works, and when we have needed something, the team have been quick, friendly and actually sorted it rather than passing us around.

Five years is a long time to stick with any provider, and that says it all really. Reliable, great people, and no hassle. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been dealing with Dom Baker and he has been extremely helpful when I found out the number I had was still being advertised on another companies website. He quickly helped direct to get a new number assigned.

All the team are so great, but a big thanks to Matthew M who really helped me with the issues around porting a number. We've been with yay a few years and are really happy with the service.

I have been using YAY for a number of years. I currently only use them as a domain reseller - as their prices are way less than most! I have never had any issues, and when something has not quite worked right support is always very responsive. You get a person - not AI and they make sure you are happy. I have since referred them onto other people for phone lines as well as domains and they are also happy. I would not refer a company I didn't trust. Very happy with service as well customer services and support
