Great little store
Great little store, it’s hard to find the right balance between good customer service and overbearing, pushy commission chasers but these lads were on the money, with recommendations based on my outfit and useful little facts about the brands thrown in too. We'd like to clarify a few points here, as we really don't feel this is a very fair reflection of this situation! Firstly, our products are NOT counterfeit. We are authorised stockists of every brand we sell and questioning this can be very damaging to ourselves and also the brands we sell.
You purchased one item from us; you are of course entitled to your own opinion on that particular item. However, we do note that your issue when you emailed was that it did not fit and wanted to return, and not that it was poor quality. We can of course accept this back for full refund, so as we have said in our email to you, please ship this back. As stated, we are unable to fund returns from Canada I'm afraid. As a small business, we're unable to fund international returns on unwanted items, although on orders over a certain value, we do offer free shipping.
Please note that if you are interested in a product and worried about sizing, we are more than happy to take measurements of that particular item prior to purchase. Many customers do email in advance of purchase for this reason, and we will always offer this service to avoid situations such as yours.

They should provide the sizing…
They should provide the sizing measurement detail of every cloth. For outside UK customers is quite hard to return the item if the sizing didn't fit well. Then they need to accommodate the extra cost to return the item. Hopefully, they can improve.

Absolutely excellent customer service. They replaced a pair of Hestra Ski gloves with no fuss over a year after purchase when the stitching came apart on only the second week of use. Fast delivery and great to deal with.

Sent defective item and would not refund. They offered 10% off to compensate but it will require a tailor that will cost more. Very frustrated by a lack of enthusiasm around solving my issue!
