Avoid this company at all costs. I paid for my order but never received it. Instead of a delivery, they provided fake "proof" showing a photo of a completely different house, claiming it was mine. When I called to dispute this, I was met with rudeness from two separate representatives. Their email support is equally frustrating back-and-forth. They claim they need to investigate with the delivery company. I still have no product and no refund from their side. This feels like a complete scam. Do not waste your money here.

I had an excellent experience ordering online with Parasol. The price of the item was very competitive, delivery was very fast and the top was exactly as described.

They don't have the stock they promised. The could improve by updating their stock lists.

I purchased a Filson Medium Duffel Holdall from Parasol, and the description on their website for this product says "Made in the USA"

When I recieve my bag I checked the label and it says made in Romania, I'm quite disappointed with the service.

Not only due to the fact It's a £500+ bag, but I paid extra for the DPD shipping, which I won't be refunded for which is annoying as they advertised it as "Made in USA" on their website which makes it their fault.

Always great deals and fast dispatch. I find the brands on the site top quality too which crosses over with my taste. Particularly for footwear (big fan of Veja shoes!).

Just phoned customer service to confirm if a product was being delivered or out of stock. This was for a birthday present. I was immediately helped and postage expediated to accommodate the birthday. Super helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service.

Parcel was stolen, customer service said they raised a case with Royal Mail, but customer service never got back to me about it. Asked for a refund after not hearing from customer service for over a week, they refused it. I cited from Consumer Rights Act 2015 that I should receive a refund as the product wasn't delivered to my actual home address, Jayne totally ignored the legislation and dismissed my case.
Disputed this with my bank and received the money back in two days. Most unhelpful customer service ever.

The order arrived well packaged to regional NSW in 5 days. That's faster than most of my Australian orders.

I ordered a pair of Hestra gloves in the evening and called the next morning to ask if I could change the size I was told I could and the gloves were still in stock. I called later in the day to clarify and was then told that the company had taken too many orders and they would refund me. The refund was sent straight through but surely they can monitor stock levels? Really disappointed with this company and would not trust them to order anything in the future.
