Reasonable company, great products.

have written Sam and others --- no cartridge or filling system fits, so pen is USELESS. hal Brayman,

Great knowledgable staff, even greater product. I love my new mechanical pencil - holding it feels like holding a piece of history. It has immediately become a part of my every day carry and all other pencils are now obsolete. I look forward to adding a pen to my collection in time.

5 star so far I haven’t received my pencil back yet and it’s not due for a further two weeks. Thanks

It is a beautifully crafted pen, and arrived relatively quickly considering I'm in the US. Continue the great work.

Well worth the wait! Both on the phone and in the Piccadilly Arcade shop I received excellent customer service - nothing too much trouble. Interesting to hear how staff have experience of the factory where they are made, the history and future plans for the company. So happy with my beautifully designed fountain pen and so enjoying writing again!!!

Good quality lead. Delivered on time

With a luxury product, comes luxury service
The Yard O Led storefront is well designed shop with a dedicated display floor with room to test their pens and pencils and an upstairs fit for hosting and small events. The service from the staff was top notch and above and beyond what I expected!
I reached out a few weeks in advance as part of a larger trip to London and was able to ensure they had the two pens I wanted to see in person with the right nib size available. I purchased a Grand in the Victorian Style and the craftsmanship is spectacular. A lifelong keepsake!

Amazing customer service and quickly fixed my pencil. It looks so beautiful again.
So pleased

Had what I wanted and divered very qui kly. Excellent product and service.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful product and the packaging made the gift very special.

In terms of delivery time, my experience was very good. In just a week I had my pen at home. Thank you for that.
With respect to the performance of the pen itself, I don´t quite find it that good. The flow of ink is irregular and the writing experience not up to the level such an expensive and otherwise carefully crafted pen should deliver.
The pen, however is a true piece of art in its craftsmanship.
I´ll wait to see if what is most important, that is its writing performance gets better. Otherwise I´ll see whether I return it or not.

Fast service'
Plasti wrapping of leather sleev--- not impressive

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchases of the Yard-O-Led Viceroy Grand Victorian and Year of The Snake. They are not only an exceptional writing instruments, but also a meticulously crafted works of art. From the intricate hand-chasing to the flawless fit and finish, every detail reflects the enduring mastery of traditional British silversmithing. These pens stand as both functional tools and a timeless testament to craftsmanship.

Excellent customer service, very responsive and helpful.

Convenient location and very friendly service

Very helpful service at their new boutique near Piccadilly. This is a great business with top class and unique products - made in the UK.

Ink is not flowing. Tip does not feel smooth. Inconsistent ink flow.

I am thinking of returning.

Ordering from Mexico (when the packages goes through the US is extremely expensive). The USA is now charging unreasonable amounts of importing fees. It was approximately 40% more of fees.
