Great and friendly service with pens that are to die for - what’s not to love…….

A few years ago, the Japanese distributor withdrew from the market, and it became very difficult to obtain 1.18mm refill leads for Yard-O-Led pencils in Japan. Even the largest stationery store in Tokyo, Ito-Ya Ginza, told me that they often receive inquiries about Yard-O-Led refills but do not know how customers can obtain them.

I therefore contacted the Yard-O-Led UK website directly. Although I am not a native English speaker, the ordering process was simple and easy to understand. I also received prompt and reassuring updates regarding order confirmation and shipment status.

Today, about two weeks after placing my order, the refills arrived safely at my home in Tokyo via FedEx and Japan Post. The packaging was also very careful and professional.

Thanks to this excellent service, I now feel confident that I can continue using and enjoying Yard-O-Led products for many years to come.

It may also be helpful to inform Ito-Ya Ginza that Japanese customers can order refills directly from your UK website.

Thank you very much for your smooth and reliable service.

I had an enquiry that was dealt with in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
I was advised the product to buy for a vintage pen and given advice on solutions if that didn't work.

I have nothing but great things to say. The pen is just what I was hoping to receive. Beautifully made and presented and knowing so much of it is hand made with the artisans directly involved makes it so much more important to me. I took an opprtunity to cntact YOL directly via email and I was answered almost immediately for a couple of small questions, by Rudy. I couldn't have asked for better service and responsiveness. Thank you Yard O Led.

I visited the Yard-O-Led boutique in the Piccadilly Arcade. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It is a lovely experience shopping there, and of course the products are excellent!

very efficient and quick turn around

Very professional, item arrived on time and perfectly packaged with all paperwork. The pen/pencil case was perfect, unfortunately my pen and pencil are extremely old, excellent quality and are yard o led pen and pencil from 1985 and were a little small to fit in so had to return .

THANKS
For all. Of it

Very help with great repair on my precious pen.

Really good service

This is by far the best place in the world for fine writing instruments. I have been a fan for over 30 years.

Great service. Thank you

Great pen with intricate detail! Speedy delivery as well.

A superb tour of the plant seeing old style craftsmanship in action, and the opportunity to buy two matching pieces that are both very functional and also very stylish

Small complaint:-
As an ancient chap, not well versed in modern technology I found the website somewhat confusing.
Perhaps getting an old codger to review it might be worthwhile?
I have owned my Yard-O-Led for over 60 years.

A speedy and helpful response to my ultimately unnecessary enquiry. Thank you
