Easy to navigate website with quick ordering. Delivery was within a couple of days. Pencil refills were intact as well packaged.

Rudy took the time to talk through the options, designs and brand heritage. A lovey brand, with the added bonus of knowing the stunning pen I chose was made by hand in Birmingham.

Excellent customer experience. Thank you Yard-O-Led

I wanted to take a moment to share how pleased I am with my experience with this company. Their customer service is truly amazing. From the beginning, they were attentive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly.

My pen arrived on time, and the craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. Knowing that it was made by hand makes it even more special to me. The quality, design, and attention to detail are truly impressive.

What stands out the most is their dedication to their customers. They take the time to answer questions and do their best to make things happen. That level of care gives me confidence as a customer and makes me feel secure about my purchases.

To me, a great company is not only about selling a product, but about the people behind it,the talented and hardworking team whose passion and craftsmanship bring those creations to life. This company truly reflects those values.

I’m extremely pleased with my order and look forward to placing future orders with them.

If you want a wonderful piece of art and a fantastic writer, buy your fountain pen here. Bought the victorian pocket and it arrived within a couple of days.

Geweldig, potlood was mooi verpakt. Bestellingen goed te volgen. Kreeg ook steeds een mailtje van Yard O Led als er een update was met betrekking tot de bestelling

Great service from Rudy and Molly, detailed knowledge of products and following by return

Very helpful and friendly people in the shop.

Welcoming staff, very relaxed and some beautiful pens. Coffee nice too!

Lovely pen… great staff to deal with.Polite, extremely helpful and such great service.

Fast delivery and a high quality product. Could use a little more information on the website like number of pages and line spacing but other than that a fantastic experience will be buying many more!

Still hung up in customs.

The product is exemplary and was well received. The process of acquiring one can be cumbersome depending on where it's being ordered from but that's a function of government regulations not YOL. Quality and WOW factor outweigh any government hairballs.

My fountain pen and ballpoint were sent for minor repair and I was advised it may take up to eight weeks. They were back in three weeks in wonderful condition just like new when bought in the early 1990s. Well worth the cost. Those pens were used every day of my working life until retirement and or have them back in pristine condition was just great.

I have owned my Silver Yard o Led for 62 years and this was the first time it had been returned to the factory as it needed a good service and clean.
It has been returned totally transformed and looking like new and will now see me out and probably my son as well !
Many thanks for an excellent service,
Regards,
Rodney Jordan.

People who care about the product and the customer. I was very positively impressed by the concern and care Alex provided in regards to my very special possession. I am a professional, and my signature on a drawing or plan is very respected and required. The pen is "Old School" in today's electronic world, but so am I. Your care and professional approach is deeply appreciated.

Amazing craftsmanship, love the pen I had chosen a medium nib. Wish had of picked fine. Overall super impressed such a work of art. Thank you

The website is very easy to navigate, the photography is first class, and the service and delivery were excellent.
I received my refills the next day.
Altogether a rewarding on line experience.
