Da mesi stanno minacciando di eliminare i miei file che secondo loro superano i 7 gb. In realtà i miei file occupano 3,91 gb. Quindi pretendono pagamenti ingiustificati.

Yandex needs new look. Because it looks old design.

Two stars only because they are still good in some cases, otherwise 1 star.
I am using multiple subscription plans from different companies and I always aware of what I use but not with Yandex. I did not used their service and was paying subscription for whole year. I don’t remember why would I buy most inconvenient subscription plan, it is much better to buy for whole year. I think they make the button in some kind of service so it is easy to mistakenly press on buy option.
I do not blame myself for this mistake because I am not new to subscriptions and this happened once with me with yandex. Be careful people.

Last year I was ready to sign up for their disk product to upload healing frequency tones for people who aren't feeling well.

First they forced me to use a cell phone which is a red flag right there.

I eventually obeyed like the good slave I was because they had good pricing, but then there was an issue with me making payment and no, nothing to do with me not having the money.

This means that I had an account & tried to pay, but it never went through.

I went with another company and decided to try Yandex out this year.

Well this turned into a whole drama.

First, they don't understand English.

Second, they can't answer simple questions.

I had 2 different emails attached to 2 accounts & I didn't know which one to use.

Then they tried to send me a cell phone code and it didn't work. They blamed my cell phone & after days going back and forth, FINALLY it turns out the cell number wasn't on the account hence why I was NOT getting the code, nothing to do with my cell blocking anything. How can that be if it was on there last year?

If it was on the second account, then why not tell me?

THEN I asked them at least 3-4 times why my user name that I use all over on every site I join was taken. I had to send them screenshot after screenshot and screen recording after screen recording wasting tons of time and being very stressed.

I kept asking them which email was attached to that account that had my user name. It took days for them to answer every single question.

It was a Yandex email address which I never would have created since I use my own, but I started to think their site created it on its own.

I also started to distrust their site due to the other issues & how many mistakes they make.

This was all done on Telegram and now they decided to send me to email to a brand new person without even telling them what was going on & she never bothered to read the conversation in TG.

I had to retype EVERYTHING all over again wasting MORE of my time. She responded back once & then DISAPPEARED.

I kept messaging them on TG asking are they going to respond? Have patience.

Nothing - So I guess you don't want my business?

No response, they didn't even read the message.

FINALLY after 12 days I get another email response WOW.

I gave her more answers to her questions, but she STILL couldn't confirm if that account with my user name was mine.

I never heard back from her.

After I rated her bad, others started to chime in on the rating email, not the original one (sigh).

STILL not answering my simple question, repeating the same thing I already knew. Also talking down to me a bit.

They all 3 just disappeared.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, & I guess they are so rich they don't need another customer & they really like bad reviews.

Super intrusive advertising campaign, if you are in the CIS countries you will be surprised by its presence in places where it should not be.

What happened to yandex? I remember when they first introduced their yandex taxi feature in my country, everything was good, prices were cheap. However, right now the prices are cosmic expensive…

Bin bereits seit vielen Jahren bei diesem Anbieter und habe dort meine de fakto-Hauptadresse, leider ist man dort jedoch vor ein paar Tagen dazu übergegangen die gesamte Nutzeroberfläche mit Werbespam zuzukleistern.

Lässt sich zwar vergleichsweise einfach herausfiltern wenn man weiß wie, aber dennoch relativ schäbig den Nutzern gegenüber, fast so schlimm wie bei GMX von der Penetranz her. Man hat auch gemeint die Elemente der Nutzeroberfläche gleich mit an das sogenannte ''flache'' Design anpassen zu müssen, das Resultat ist hässlicher anzusehen als davor und mindert das Nutzererlebnis merklich.

Nachtrag: Der neu in die Website eingebaute Werbespam ist doch viel penetranter und aggressiver als gedacht - Die betreffenden Div-Elemente sind extrem schwer über Ublock und AdGuard herauszufiltern, da die ID alle paar Minuten neu dynamisch vergeben wird und die Banner somit ständig neu erscheinen. Erst durch eine sehr starke Filterung sämtlicher betreffender Elemente meinerseits bin ich des Problems einigermaßen Herr geworden.

Neben dem Werbespam hat sich in den letzten 1-2 Wochen auch die Technik am Backend des Providers massiv verschlechtert - Vor den o.G. Änderungen waren geöffnete Mails sofort erschienen, mittlerweile braucht jede Mail gut 10-15 Sekunden zum öffnen. Zudem werden zwischenzeitlich immer wieder neue Werbespam-Elemente und Querbalken eingefügt, man versucht die Nutzerfilter also auf extrem penetrante Art und Weise zu umgehen, während die technische Funktionalität der Seite dabei absolut vernachlässigt wird.

Erstaunlich in was für einer kurzen Zeit man eine davor sehr gut funktionierende Website derart ruinieren kann.

After trying literally every email service account provider both domestically and internationally I have finally settled on my Yandex. I picked my own domain and Iactually liked what was available. I have read multiple reviews from different sources and what may have been true before is definitely not true now. I am on the $3 plan and I get zero spam and zero ads and features that Gmail and Yahoo and all the other email account providers haven't even thought of yet. This is one area where at least this Russian company is far ahead of us when it comes to this. Note that I'm speaking as a moderately tech savvy consumer but I don't use my email for business purposes or for work so some of this may not apply to all of you. I also have my other email accounts linked to Yandex because they actually look better with them they do on their original email sites which I will eventually delete as I have the other ones I had and tried. There are plans that cost slightly more that offer a tremendous amount of features including up to two terabytes of storage for literally less than $5 a month. They do have a plan that is around $12 a year or so but that one came with ads so I quickly upgraded to the next one up. I'm posting this review as a public service because I've spent weeks and weeks trying all different email providers and was never able to find a single one that had all of the features I was looking for combined into one place. All of them were lacking something I wanted, and or, the design was poor.
Give it a try you won't regret it. And no, I don't work for Yandex or anyone else connected. I am a real nine to five person here in the States.

Best decision to switch everything on my phone to Yandex! Search results cover everything, not just the paying advertisers like Google, and nothing is censored from searches! Other Yandex apps as well feature pin/fingerprint entry, and for saved passwords as well fingerprint is needed. Switched from Google drive to Yandex disk, awhile back as Google was randomly trashing, or outright losing often important files altogether! Disk has yet to lose one! And Yandex mail and VK mail are the only accounts I have that I've received zero spam ever! Very secure apps, best search, and safe results. In the off chance you come across unsafe sites, Yandex has a built in security, which warns to exit before you enter. Ive already signed up for Yandex 360 1 tb storage which is affordable, much more than Google drive storage, as I have mp3 and mp4, and happy with the service, but most of all happy Disk autocopied and backed up my very important folder of my dogs pictures from out of Google drive, and did it randomly one-day! 😂 ill always stay with Yandex only for everything important!

En délégation de domaine via le service Yandex for domains pour mon nom de domaine acquis auprès d'un registrar tiers, j'avais été séduit dans un premier temps par la gratuité des services proposés : hébergement de plusieurs adresses emails sur mon nom de domaine et redirection du domaine vers un hébergeur tiers à travers une zone DNS dédiée.
Le tout était bien fonctionnel jusqu'au début de l'année où j'ai du changer d'hébergeur par la force des choses... j'ai du alors faire une malheureuse modification du CNAME www qui s'est révélée... IMPOSSIBLE.
Le sketch a donc commencé avec le service client qui m'a assuré prendre le problème à bras le corps, escalader le problème aux développeurs etc, s'en sont suivi des dizaines d'échanges mails et malgré le fait que le problème ai bien été ciblé sur la délégation de domaine Yandex, rien n'a été fait. On m'a menti éhontément pendant des mois, m'assurant que tout allait être fait. J'ai décidé la semaine dernière de supprimer arbitrairement l'ensemble des comptes et des données hébergées sur Yandex et de repartir sur un Cloudflare + Zoho Mail en espérant plus de réussite...
Une expérience que je ne recommande à personne.
Je conseille à tout le monde d'éviter Yandex qui ont qui plus est et semble t'il cessé leurs activités non payantes. Une honte !

Tried this browser, not impressed. Pretty weird search engine results on my requests. But at least there are not banners advertisements on the sides, only "sponsored" links like in google. And too many useless widgets. But I like colours and style of this browser.
