I had a very bad experience with PlainProxies.

I purchased ISP proxies, and they suddenly stopped working without any warning. When I contacted support, they said it “looks like an outage,” but gave no clear timeline or proper help. I rely on proxies for work, so this downtime caused me losses.

To fix it, I bought a 1-day ISP proxy again — but that didn’t work either. When I contacted support again, instead of helping, I was told to “stop spamming” and was threatened with being blocked.

I still didn’t get a proper solution or any refund.

In total, I’ve had over 10 hours of downtime with no resolution and very poor communication. The service feels unreliable, especially if you depend on it for work.

Final verdict:
Unstable proxies and unprofessional support. I would not recommend this provider.

I attempted to purchase a proxy service using cryptocurrency. During the transaction, their payment page returned a technical error. I simply tried again — and was immediately banned.
I contacted support, per usual i know this kind of shity company wouldnt even reply
If a company bans customers for retrying a purchase when their payment page fails, that is not a user fault — it’s a broken system.
Buyers beware: attempting to give them money may get you banned instead.

I purchased a package for 2,500 threads, but actual testing revealed that concurrent operations could only be sustained at 300 threads; at higher thread counts, the success rate dropped progressively.
Try to avoid purchasing services that lack a real-time dashboard, as vendors in this space almost invariably grossly inflate their advertised specifications.

I’ve tried over 10 different proxy providers, and these guys are hands down the best. The system runs rock-solid — stable like clockwork. If you’re looking for a provider you can actually rely on, look no further.

They provide good proxies, a bit of downtimes here and there but mostly solid.

Update: At least they were able to fix the issue after many hours, unlike some other brands

Proxies no longer respond after using for an hourish, then I changed to another computer and it worked for another hourish and stopped working again, support is extremely slow, contacted them for several times and they couldn't fix the issue.

Proxies do not work with reddit at all, and support is terrible.

I tested with a $2 package, and I'm glad I did not test with more money, cause they do not issue refunds at all. Be very careful

In customer service, it seems like they are unclear about the payment details. The calculations for the data used are confusing and seem excessive, especially given that I am on a paid subscription. Suddenly, the available countries have disappeared, and now I only see a low number of countries listed, despite the service being advertised as a residential proxy worldwide. I have been trying to contact support, but they just read my messages without providing any answers.❗❗❗❗❗❗
