Great customer service i had an issue with my units controller knob and they sent out a replacement asap. If you have any problems just contact tech support and they will resolve them!

Installation of a Unit on my e88 was…

Installation of a Unit on my e88 was flawless from the selection to troubleshooting.

Yes I had a little issue but the tram took every step to solve it, answering all my question, reviewing properly the pictures etc within 24h most of the time, maximum 48h.

Got the return postage fee reimbursed.

The product itself is beautiful, good quality and assembly. The cables provided with the kit are also good.

Probably the installation manual is a bit weak but not like it is very complicated.

NB: for bmw owners, you may need to reconnect the optical cable to the unit by removing from initial harness back to main unit. Very easy but need to think about it.

Nothing but Regret

I am so sorry that I bought this unit. It's loaded with google bloat that is constantly using up my expensive mobile data. I asked the company how to get rid of that and they said I can't root the Android and I can't delete or disable any of the pre-installed apps. Open source nav apps run slow because other apps are busy collecting tracking info. (These same apps run great on my degoogled phone.

I bought an Xtrons media player

I bought an Xtrons media player for my Skoda. Because of the many options for so many different car types, I was a bit confused. After contacting Xtrons support, I received a personalized and thorough explanation. Everything works perfectly now. THAT'S what I call good after-sales service.

Audi TT unit

I got the unit for the Audi TT and unfortunately there is no bolt locations so it’s all in clips, I broke a clip installing a camera and I filled out the help form and that night I got in contact with a customer service rep (Gabby) and they helped me get the new part ordered in two days at a good price, could have been faster but the complete opposite time zones made communication difficult.
Very Good service and product

Excellent Communication and Customer Service

I recently made a purchase of a Volkswagen IQ84MTVP head unit for my Tiguan, and I couldn't be happier.

Communication is amazing with this company. Without realising, I had bought the unit on the last day this company was open for Christmas. I wasn't expecting any communications at this point because I was just about to go on annual leave myself, but the company immediately notified me that XTrons was closing for Christmas and my package would be sent after Christmas. Off to a fantastic start.

Upon receiving my package, which was dispatched and arrived amazingly fast, I installed the unit. However, I had trouble as it wouldn't power on. So I contacted customer support, who then told me through a number of messages and images that I needed an adapter for my particular model of VW. Which was then dispatched and delivered very quickly (quicker than Amazon, by the way!).

After installation of the unit with the new adapter, the unit is totally functional and works fantastically and I couldn't be happier!!

I want to shout out Stella for their amazing customer support and communications. They are a credit to the company.

Amazing quality of a product and would (and have) thoroughly recommended to all my family and friends.

IQP94TTAP Head Unit for Audi TT MK2

I bought the IQP94TTAP Head Unit for my Audi TT MK2 with Bose sound system and the Installation was easy with only a few flaws which where solved Immediately by contacting the tech support. Even that I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because of Chinese product quality I wasn’t disappointed at all. The RCA bundle connector wasn’t properly fitting into the head unit so they immediately sent me a spare for this. Also the password for the factory settings wasn’t visible anywhere so they send me the code for it. The feedback is always pretty responsive and fast. I like that so far.

The product was exactly what I was…

The product was exactly what I was looking for. To retro fit the TIXA 745L to my 1971 classic car, bringing it up to date with a modern GPS. Great communication with the tech dept, prompt responses to my questions, looking forward to an easy install. Looking good so far, bench testing.

Happy customer

I've purchased an Xtrons TIX125LS + cameras and accessories back in may and I'm very happy with the purchase. Paul M their support specialist has been massively helpful in guiding me through adapting a connection harness designed for a different car to fit mine. It's been working flawlessly for the last 7 months now. The price has been very competitive as well.

The only downside is that the version of Android on these boxes is a bit dated.

I recently purchased an xtrons px 8446…

I recently purchased an xtrons px 8446 unit and front and rear camera. Unit is doing well with nice app environment and good connection with phone maps and car canbus. Unit is plug and play and when i hade a question for installation paul marcia from Facebook xtrons account was very helpful
a better car info application with a dashboard and gauges would be perfect for this unit
Also when i have music from Bluetooth i can't change track from the application only from mobile phone
5 Star because i think is value for money

Avoid this company as they send out faulty items ,obviously not properly checked at factory.
