Habe mir ein Navigationsgerät gekauft, nach ca 5 Monaten ist das Gerät während der Fahrt bei laufender Navigation herunter gefahren und hat neu gestartet. Seitdem lässt sich keine Bluetooth Verbindung mehr herstellen.
Gerät wieder ausbauen lassen (meine Kosten) und eingeschickt, relativ rasch ein neues Gerät bekommen. Habe dies erneut einbauen lassen (wieder Kosten), nachdem alles verbaut war und das Gerät zum ersten Mal eingeschaltet wurde hat man festgestellt, dass der Drehknopf für die Lautstärke zwar funktioniert, aber sich nicht drücken lässt um das Radio aus-einzuschalten.
Fazit - wieder SCHROTT erhalten!
Finger weg, absolut keine Kaufempfehlung!!!

Als KFZ Decken Monitor konzipiert Welcher bei Sonneneinstrahlung gleich die Segel streicht.
Fernbedienung fällt aus Monitor dunkel bzw eingebranntes Standbild Welches sich nicht mehr ändern lässt.
Ohne Fernbedienung ist der Monitor nicht zu bedienen.
Mit Bluetooth Funktion wo doch tatsächlich der Service behauptet Bluetooth Funktion nicht verfügbar.
Ich fühle mich dermaßen verarscht mit diesem Schrott und dem inkompetenten Service, Welcher nicht mal eine Guten Tag oder hallo Bereitschaft zeigt.
Dann kommt eine ungenügende Antwort ich sollte die Fernbedienung reparieren.
Ich habe bereits fünf Monate mit Verkäufer und x-trons Vollidioten herum und kein Ende ist in Sicht.

Designed as a motor vehicle cover monitor, which immediately paints the sails in sunlight.
Remote control is eliminated: monitor dark or burnt-in still image, which can no longer be changed.
Without remote control, the monitor is not to be operated.
With Bluetooth function where actually the service claims Bluetooth function is not available.
I feel so fooled with this junk and incompetent service, which doesn't even show a good day or hello.
Then comes an insufficient response: "I should fix the remote control."
I already have five months of sales and x-tron's idiots around and no end is in sight.

I have an Xtrons PX73PDFL head unit that did not come with a user manual. This model is also not listed on the Xtrons website, making it difficult to find technical specifications or instructions for even basic UI adjustments.

Katastrophe, 4 Monate nach Kauf mit Austausch des 1ten Gerätes (keine Funktion der Lenkrad Tasten) funktioniert beim 2ten Geät die Rückfahrkamera immer noch nicht. Im original Audi Menü da, im xtrons kein Signal. Änderungen der Kameraeinstellungen nicht möglich. Support ist hilflos - keine Antwort. Keine vernünftige Anleitung zu kriegen. Bildqualität ist gut, am Rahmen unten gibt's keine Aluleiste wie original- wirkt dadurch billig. A6 4G 14,9zoll Gerät. Überlege das vorige 12 Zoll wieder einzubauen, das war plug and play...

Fantastic after purchase service for a very novice installer

Mariusz li contacted me via a Facebook forum because I needed assistance sourcing a iso harness for my xtrons head unit I wanted to fit in my freelander 2, I was having no joy through the xtrons website but Mariusz sorted a harness for me,and was deliverd a few days later. Head unit now fitted and working great. I cannot thank Mariusz enough a true gentleman.

Ordered a head unit for my 8P, Mario found me on Facebook and gave me options as to what was available. He has been so patient, helpful & friendly. I went and picked the unit up and Diana was the same. Great people. Will be going back soon to sort some issues out and I know Mario will help no matter what.

Habe mir ein Navi gekauft und nicht gewusst wie ich es anschließen soll. Habe mich an Mario gewendet und nach kurzer Zeit und Rücksprache mit ihm hat alles ohne jegliche Probleme funktioniert. Einfach nur Tip Top kann den Mann jedem weiterempfehlen. Hat nach sehr kurzer Zeit geantwortet und mein Problem gelöst. Solche Kompetenten Leute braucht man überall.

The Xtrons units are great but their instructions are beyond terrible, fortunately, Mario Li from online support via their Facebook page is really helpful and patient. I have a 10.1-inch quad-core Android head unit that is great, instructions provided not so much. Luckily I found their Facebook page and got the help I needed.

Mario is the best. He not only saved the princess but also my head unit. And that in a hurry.

Der Support von Mario war wirklich super.
Hatte immer mal zu denn Einstellungen Rückfragen.
Diese wurden nach ein zwei Stunden beantwortet.
Alle Probleme und Fragen wurden abgearbeitet so das ich nun ein sehr gutes Gerät verbaut habe.
Ich bin zufrieden.

I bought an xtrons unit via ebay. It was faulty and the staff at the Penketh Business Park were really helpful and replaced it within days of me reporting it online.

Staff were lovely with me.

Zu Beginn war das Radio und der Anschluss etwas harzig. Das lag aber wohl mehr an meinereiner :) Auch wenn es ISO Stecker sind, immer schauen, was der Vorbesitzer umgebaut hat ;)
Nach Rückfragen an Mario wurde mir wirklich innerhalb einer Stunde eine Lösung, mit Video, präsentiert und nun funktioniert all das, was gewünscht ist. Einfach Daumen hoch.

Hallo, nach dem Kontakt mit Mario.UK und vielen Mails hat er es geschafft, meine Kameras am Radio funktionieren. Mit dem Service vorher ging garnichts. Nichts hat gestimmt, weder Schaltplan noch Beschreibung ! Mit Mario war das super. Er hat mir ein Video geschickt mit genauen Einstellparametern. Der Mann ist einsame Spitze. Danke Mario und alles Gute.

I had an issue with the head unit I bought and was initially greeted by silence from the tech support email address. Once I found Mario's address though, he couldn't do enough to help out. Getting the unit swapped within a day and maintaining good communication throughout. The unit itself is a great upgrade in my van with a responsive and sharp touchscreen to make travel a pleasure.

Absolutely spot on! Strong radio signal, screen is clear enough and responsive. Fantastic design.
