Do not know the order status
I did not receive my order yet and I do not know what the status is. I have no way of looking at my order on the website, there is no option. When I try to phone them I get a auto message saying they are closed and operate from 8am to 4pm, I phoned at 3pm(Thursday).

Battery pricing, Value for money.
Battery pricing is value for money, I bought a 669 - 80AH for my Isuzu. Order processed and delivered well before my date of expectation, battery received as advertised and working well.
18 months warranty adds a peace of mind for the battery which I purchased.
@ Xsolar team, I am a satisfied customer :). Keep up the with the good pricing of your items and service delivery. Kudos to you.

Prices good, service poor
Prices of the company are good. However I only partially received my goods, still have not recieved the rest. When I called up the contact number I was told he will call me back, I called twice and struggled to get response.
At this stage I'm left wondering if I will recieve my goods

I still haven't received my order and it is now 03 September.
I placed order and paid on 25 August.
Original delivery canceled by Xsolar. New waybill just waiting. Not even sure if this is a scam?
