Paid for 3 aswell. Send an mail and Whatapp, no reply.

Service has been horrible, I have been fighting for two weeks now to get the correct items that I ordered delivered.
Feedback is extremely poor.

The was an update at every stage of the process, fast delivery and good quality product

The only I can say is wow because I placed my order on Sunday then on Tuesday I received my order. I am enjoying my 646 battery now. Thanks again I'll probably buy again next time

Despite numerous attempts at contacting the company directly, I have yet to receive any response. However they do keep sending me requests to rate their service. So here is your 2nd one star review from me...
The LED mirror received is incorrect and different to what was advertised. I can't use it and therefore would like to return it.
For those considering purchasing from Solar X .... Don't! Seems there is no company behind this AI driven engine.

Mirror arrived damaged; refund promised in writing but never paid

I ordered a 600x800mm LED mirror (order 14923, R1 288,76) on 31 August 2026. It was delivered damaged on 8 September. I reported it with photos within an hour, as their policy requires. For 15 days there was no reply to emails, WhatsApp messages or calls, and the returns email address on their website doesn't exist. On 23 September, after a formal notice, they confirmed in writing that they would refund me that Friday and send proof of payment. Nothing has been paid and they have not answered my follow-up. I have had to dispute the payment with my bank and complain to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. Think carefully before ordering.

I still have not received ny order of 29 August....almost a month later! Very little communication received when I email or WhatsApp. Calls never answered! Scam???

Ordered my battery its been 2 weeks and i haven't received my order you'll sent it with ram without no waybill sticker package was then sent back to u guys den you'll told me on whatsapp url have sent out another battery but no tracking info has been sent to me aswell as paying for delivery i emailed you'll more than 5 times no response im then still waiting for my order as the guy say it will arrive definitely on friday. Definitely unsatisfied unprofessional

The company don't fulfill their promise and deliver in time they only lie to the customers. I never experience this kind of client care

No communication on non delivery of item

Zero communication despite reaching out via email and WhatsApp. I only received notification of my order and payment and a promise that my packagewas awaiting courier pickup on 10 September, thereafter stunned silence. I'm even beginning to feel like I was scammed.

I gave my vin No thru whatsapp as a lady I thought that would help with the specific size of the battery now the batter I got is not the same size for my car's tray

I bought a gel battery 27 August 2026 and they didn't deliver it till today.
