I have had a very bad experience with shipping and with customer service. The Gülsen employee lied from the very beginning that the parcel was sent on 8 January and said that it was DHL's fault. Meanwhile the parcel was never shipped and the status on the DHL website is open. I was misled for three weeks. This is a fraud. I demand that my order be shipped immediately. It seems to me that they will only react if you write a review on this website.

Karabinerhaken an Handyband löst sich nach einem 3/4 Jahr! Xouxou Kundenservice reagiert überhaupt nicht auf das Problem. Für Artikel in dieser Preiskategorie sollten solche Probleme eigentlich nicht auftreten. Aber wenn, wäre zumindest irgendein Reaktion des Kundenservice wünschenswert. Bei Problemen sich tot zu stellen ist dem Produkt und dem Preis in keinster Weise angemessen. Dann kauft man lieber das billigste Produkt und in den meisten Fällen werden die dann auch nicht schlechter sein und auch der Kundenservice wird nicht schlechter sein. Schon allein deshalb, weil es schlechter als nicht reagieren gar nicht geht

Bonjour j’ai acheté un coque pour mon 15pro le 15 janvier et j’ai bien reçu des mail que mon commande sera livré dans si jours mais je n’es pas toujours de nouvelle mais je reçois des mail qui disent de donner mon avis sur le produit comme si la livraison a été fait je ne comprends rien si c’est assez compliqué je pense que vous pouvez me rembourser merci cordialement…

I bought two phone cases on 09.2023, after 4 months one of them broke.
I wrote a letter of complaint, they offered me 20€ voucher. Unfortunately it’s impossible to buy any phone case for this amount. I wrote many times to get money back for broken phone necklace but they did nothing about that. It would be okay to receive new phone case or money back. I’m so unsatisfied about they service. They do not comply with the product warranty rules.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered the wrong size case.

The website tells me I need to return / exchange using customer service.

Customer service says I need to do it on the website.

I am dealing with somebody called Gulsen who is very unhelpful and very slow.

It’s been weeks now.

I do love the xou xou product, and i was so happy with my fluo oragne phone case! But after 3 phonecases with a lifetime of 6-7 months, I do wonder what to buy next. All three cases broke at exactly the same end part, after 6-7 months. If you ask me, too soon….. rope os still fine, still using number one….

What is your experience with the lifetime of the cases?

They’re nice, solid products but it hasnt been a month and they’re peeling already. I’m disappointed.

If only I would know this would be such a bad experience I would never order. Not worth it. Good marketing, terrible service. It's more than a month and the frustration and all the organisation is just not worth it...

1) I have ordered wrong size of phone because of xouxou bad webpage (when you change color it changes size and does not warn you) before xmass
2) I have returned it express
3) xouxou told they have sent me new order (of different color)
4) It never arrived
5) When I ask them where is it, xouxou say then do not know
6) Xouxou wants me to write statement about the fact I really, really, really didnt receive it.
7) I write statement - the complaint of original order and of the new change order too.
8) They send me confirmation that they have resent me the original wrong size.
9) I tell them not to send me the wrong order again, to send me the new, fixed, the one they have reconfirmed with me manually.
10) The wrong one arrives again for the second time. And they stop communicating with me completely.

Mangelhafte Qualität (rundum Abnützungen des Farblackes sichtbar - schon nach 1 Monat Verwendungszeit).
Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut nicht zur Qualität.
Würde nicht mehr kaufen!

I fell in love with their phone cases, then I discovered the bags. Everything is beautiful, full of nice details, which make all the difference. I had a small problem with a bag and their customer service was so quick and helpful, as well as generous. One of the best brands I have ever dealt with.

Leider ist zum wiederholten mal die öse an der Handyhülle gebrochen. Ich hab mir glaub ich in Summe schon 6 Hüllen gekauft und eine habe ich auf Kulanz ersetzt bekommen. Ich gebe gern mehr Geld für Qualität aus. Die Bänder find ich sehr gut in der Qualität. aber die Metallringe in den gummierten Hüllen halten einfach nicht, wenn ein großes Max-Handy dran baumelt. Habe von den letzten Hüllen auch Bilder eingeschickt, aber nie Rückinfo erhalten! Schade!

I use my phone case and carabiner rope everyday since I bought the items about 9 months ago. A few weeks ago one attachement at the end of the carabiner rope broke, but when I got in touch with Xouxou the customer service was impeccable and they sent a new rope right away. The phone case is still is great condition, shame about the rope but you can't fault a company that sends a brand new replacement free of charge within a week.

I have tried theire Basic necklaces and it was terrible. I bought my phone case in May 2023 and the color of the case started to change already after less than three months and the case itself started falling apart to the point were recently my iphone fell out of it's case and of course the screen broke which is due to the disintegrated XOUXOU phone case, that's besides the fact that golden paint surface of the ends is also coming off and completely scratched in less than a few months of usage. After i complained their support system was very unhelpful. i specifically opted to buy from XOUXOU to have better quality instead of just a cheap quality case from an unknown seller but i guess there is no difference.

The spiral rope (whist strap) It's very pretty! Don't get me wrong! But I was hoping for a tight spiral cord (almost like the spiral hair ties). so that I could wear it around my wrist while grocery shopping, running around the office, and behind the stroller - with quick access to my phone. The spiral cord is not very strong which leaves your phone dangling a little too low/ long for comfort. You'll end up wearing it over your shoulder, and if you're busy running around, that's not ideal.

Die Hülle und auch das Band mit Karabiner ist sehr schön und auch hochwertig verarbeitet, nur mir war es zu schwer. Eigentlich wollte ich mir ein anderes Modell bestellen, aber bei den Rücksendebedingen auf gar keinen Fall. Die Rücksendekosten muss man selber bezahlen und auch die bereits bezahlten Versandkosten werden nicht mehr erstattet. Toller Service!!!

Ich habe jetzt schon mehrere Hüllen bestellt, sie waren alle super, bis auf die letzte, die habe ich reklamiert. Ohne zu diskutieren haben sie direkt eine neue Handyhülle zugeschickt.
Super Kundenservice. Sehr freundlich und auch schnell, was antworten angeht.
Einfach Top.
Genau so wie die Verarbeitung und Material der Hüllen.

Not only they have quality products. But the support if I needed to solve a glitch was very pro-active and customer oriented. Very much appreciatyou approach to solve the case in shortest of time.

J'ai commandé le 18/12 et 8 jours plus tard, l'article n'est toujours pas expédié !!
Le SAV indique que le colis est en cours de route et qu'à cause des fêtes la livraison peu prendre 15 jours...
Ils sont incapables de me dire où me situe ma commande, pour 80€ c'est une honte, je ne commanderais plus jamais sur xouxou

And Magsafe??? Looks like fake, IT Is not charging on any charger, not charging in car...

Do not order from them.
