I have purchased a paddock stand, got a DHL tracking number, and the day when my order suppose to arrive, on the timeline it states that my order has been returned to the sender. No warning, no options offered, no response from XL MOTO either. Then customer service got in touch saying they have sent my order once again - and finally 10 days layter received my item.

I had a good purchase experience from the start to the very end. Quick delivery time and a high quality product that I'm enjoying already (motorcycle winter gloves). I already recommended you to friends.

Bought earplugs and waist bag, both are top quality and do their job. Earplugs take the wind noise away permanently and bag fitsall my small stuff and phone on my waist and it's waterproof

super fast delivery and reasonably priced items

My order was abruptly cancelled after being shipped, with no explanation. I would not order again from XLMOTO because I have confidence that I would ever receive my order.

First all the positive things :
I ordered a pair of motorjeans from xlmoto in my jeans size 32 waist & 34 length, i am 189cm tall & weigh about 75-80kg according to all the reviews & that was the correct thing to do.

The jeans did finally arrive, the fit was good & correct, they had enough stretch in them, the model i ordered was a slim model & the fit was good, the knee pads are very hard against your knees, you cannot walk in them, i have to replace these with softer ones.

Now for the many negative points :

The jeans bleed a lot when you wash them, they are not colour fast !!!

It's a real pity that after reading all the reviews from other customers that also pointed out the bad delivery they got via GLS that xlmoto continues to use this courier company, sadly i cannot say they were better, the experience was truly awful & will put me off buying anything via xlmoto again, it's a pity that xlmoto does not give customers varies choices in delivery methods via other courier companies like many other online companies do, i had to get in touch with customer service many times & had Tom reply to me, he was not very helpful to say the least, xlmoto really has to work on the customer service, for now it is really terrible, i wish i could have given them a 5 stars but honestly giving 2 stars is being generous, they did not deserve it, the adress that i entered they decided to NOT put the correct adress on the package & i had to get on the site by GLS to change it, talk about incompetent & then GLS made the crappy excuse that they could not find it, which was total B.S. other courier companies have no problem coming to my postal adress, after many emails back & fourth they finally delivered my package after a lot of stress.

All of this hassle was not needed, only if xlmoto had done there job more securely. I cannot recommend buying from them until they change the shipping process, they need to do there job better & use a better company for delivery, until this option is given.

My advice to other buyers is steer well clear of them, unless you want a big headache !!!! The price saving is not worth this hassle.

Got what I wanted when I wanted it at a competitive price. No surprises.

Fast delivery, grate servis and prodects

This is a company you should only buy from as the last resort. They try SO HARD to prove you wrong when you get the wrong items or faulty items. This is not only me, it is all my friends. We have wasted so many hours combined with customer support it is sad.
I only buy from them if I need something realy fast and pray to god I get the correct item.
bonus: they are trusted in the way that they sell you the actual brand item and not scamming you. but good to know, their mechanical aftermarket items are ultra low budget made in china items rebranded.

Quick shipping, good price, all as promised

Product was ‘returned’ without ever consulting me. I was told there was an address error (despite the system accepting my address when I entered it for shipping). Was not offered a refund for currency conversion charges.

XLMOTO had exactly what I was looking for and has easy online ordering and quick reasonable international shipping. I will definitely be back for my next purchase.
