Still haven't received my order that was ordered 1 month ago. Delivery was supposed to be 3 weeks ago. No urgency from customer service.

I placed a larger order with XL Moto for almost €1,000 worth of motorcycle gear and had high expectations. Unfortunately, the entire experience was very disappointing.

After placing the order, the communication was unclear and it took around three weeks before I received my items. During that time, it was difficult to know whether the order had even been processed, and I had to contact customer service myself to get confirmation.

When the products finally arrived, the problems continued. The first motorcycle jacket I ordered arrived with a broken zipper straight out of the package. I decided to purchase a more expensive Segura Formula jacket instead, but unfortunately that jacket also arrived in poor condition, with visible scratches despite being sold as a new product.

On top of that, I believe a back protector that was returned together with the first jacket was included in the return package, but XL Moto claims they did not receive it.. This has made the return process even more frustrating.

When spending over €1,000 on motorcycle equipment, you expect new, flawless products and professional customer service. Unfortunately, the delivery process, communication, quality control, and return handling have all been disappointing.

I expected much more from such a large retailer and would think twice before ordering expensive equipment from XL Moto again.

I have tried contacting customer service but for now they havent been very helpful. Beware!

I contacted customer service of XLMOTO after finding out carrier issues with my shipment. All communication were excellent, all issues were dealt with and resolved professionally, showing me they really take care of their customers.
Fully recommend to do business here. Awesome selection, quick response, handling and shipping. The page is also well set up and makes the shopping easy.

I am so incredibly impressed with XLMOTO!
Just bought a new bike and wanted a good, quality lock but found the options for ABUS brand of locks to be extremely expensive here in Canada.
So when I found the item on XLMOTO, it was a better deal for me to pay in US plus shipping plus customs/duties which was great. But the impressive part is that it shipped from Poland to Canada within a week! At first, I didn’t believe the estimated delivery date but sure enough, it even arrived 2 days sooner than expected.
As I gear up and setup my bike, I will DEFINITELY be returning to shop on this site… thank you for the great deal, and super-fast processing and shipping!! Great job by the team at XLMOTO!

My order was prepared and shipped quickly, no issues at all. Moto pants arrived on-time, exactly as described.

I was always skeptical about this website, but when I made an order, I changed my mind.

XLMoto always delivers excellent products at reasonable prices, swiftly, efficiently and without issues. I have bought many times from XLMoto and my expectations are always met, often exceeded.

Large verity of product and brands, very good process, reasonable shipping costs, excellent shipping time, very good visibility of the shipping process.

Delivery was fast but only one option through DHL which double the price for me and made your discount useless. Moreover, the size turned out much smaller than expected wich made the gloves impossible to wear. Your size chart is confusing.
