Delivered on time ,good product, would buy again.

I have waited two weeks and all I’ve had are later and later delivery dates. There does not seem to be a phone number and the emails are now getting bounced. I think I have been scammed and will be contacting my bank for a chargeback.

XL Moto are a great company, they had what I wanted and it was even on sale !
Where they failed was choice of delivery company,
The item was trackable great I thought, so tracked it to the uk, then it went into the Inpost system and basically it went rapidly downhill from there . I received a delivery window, I am retired live at my address and have cameras covering my property, basically I waited ,time slot passed & no delivery, looked on the tracking app and it said unable to locate address, (taking into account i live down a lane ) the app then updated to contact them as the address was unclear on the parcel ( take into account on the app that the parcel is tracked with they had my full address so theoretically they could have looked on the app too ?). So i diverted the parcel to a collection location,this was confirmed, The app then said contact retailer,so I called the Inpost people and was told redirection had worked and would be there next day.
Then next day came and went , no parcel, tracked it again and by the end of the working day that day the parcel was in the collection spot (which worked well ,go to lockers scan QR code & door opened in locker ,parcel inside simple) but the courier part of this system is beyond incompetent. Please XL MOTO use a better courier like UPS or DPD ,as the stress tracking and phoning for this parcel was almost enough to make me never use you again and it's not your fault, as a retailer you're great.
Even if you in future give cost options for courier I would be happy to pay a couple of extra £'s just to avoid the stress.

Sent wrong item then said I will be getting a full refund which I haven’t received yet

The boots I ordered arrived & were defective in that they had a split in the fabric on the external side wall.
This not only looked bad but would have leaked water in use.
Also, it was clear that the fault had been spotted by the manufacturer prior to shipping by the fact a QC identification mark was evident local to the split. Poor quality control by the manufacturer.

Arrived on time and well packed. I was kept informed regarding the delivery status regularly.
