Had a Xcel energy rep call tonight concerning survey questions as to Xcel’s performance and direction. Terrible misleading questions which may/will twist or sway customer/public opinion. Extremely biased and agenda driven. Answers can easily be promoted as good when they are actually bad for the consumer, business and the environment.
I’ve been extremely disappointed with Xcel over the past ten years or so. They’ve become political and ill directed, rather than customer and service focused. Efficiency and customer service are not in the Xcel vocabulary! More so, they jump on board with stupid, political correctness and wacko fads. Xcel is becoming the next PG&E, only of the Rockies and Great Plains.

WHY YOU CAN NOT ANSWERING THE QUERY WILL HAVE TO PUT YOUR NO RESPONSE ON SOCIAL MEDIA

I did not get rewards from this site even after more than 2 months, for which I have generated tickets too. They didn't get any reply from last month not even replied through emails. Please help me to get my rewards.

My flipkart voucher of Rupees 100 is still pending.. And I have 700+ points on the site and I am not able to redeem because they have not processed the flipkart voucher. Also, they are rejecting the points of the surveys I have completed and not also replying to the queries and emails!

Trustpilot should keep 0( zero) star option for such scam and fraudsters. Totally waste of time, they don't pay anything. My surveys and redemption of money requests are pending from last year. They don't also reply to your queries. Absolutely fraud.

not good for doing surveys or sort of xetra money earning too . after a long time of installation i realize that many of my points are pending since eight months till date . even i raised ticket so many time they didnt reply at all.

I've dealt with Xcel Onlinesurveys in the past and their release of coupons after point redemption was never the fastest or reliable and doesn't have any deadline. However, they have now become nearly cheats and I'm still waiting to receive my Amazon coupons for a redemption made on 15th of March 2023. Everything has a limit and if there is a 1 month deadline, one needs to adhere to it. Urge everybody not to waste time here and there are other platforms available.

I redeemed a reward of 200 of Amazon voucher on 24 jan 2023, but still today I didn't received my reward

They take about a month to award points after successful completion of the survey. Another 1.5 or more month to process your redemption request, that is also not guaranteed. Consider yourself lucky if they do. Then another one month to mark the redemption as processed. Until then you can't place another redemption request. Totally fraud company. Please don't waste your time.

I have redeem the Amazon gift card on 10 Nov 2022 but till today I have not received my gift card. I have raised an complain but the website does not responding to the complain.Extremely bad experience. Do not use this website for survey.

This site is froud, redeemed 2 months ago and till now I have not received the money, does not even give money to complete the survey.

This is the most preposterous absurd, fake website. After raising a ticket for non payment of reward points of 100, they automatically close it and this has happened 5 times for me. The tickets are closed without even giving a clear cut date ,I redeemed on Dec 3, was supposed to be pending for 10 days . Since dec 13, have been sending them multiple messages... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ... THEY ARE MAKING TONS OF MONEY... BUT NOT PAYING US POOR SURVEY TAKERS..

I have reedeemed thru Paytm on Oct 28th 2022 but still i am waiting very poor service but sending surveys .

very shameless managment of this company. i have unsubscribed many times but still they are sending me links to take survey. i have sacrificed my earning. they are not paying. i have logged a complain earlier too but no they are very very shameless. i checked today but still they have not released by payment. i hope they stop sending me emails henceforth.
