Disappointing biased survey
Had a Xcel energy rep call tonight concerning survey questions as to Xcel’s performance and direction. Terrible misleading questions which may/will twist or sway customer/public opinion. Extremely biased and agenda driven. Answers can easily be promoted as good when they are actually bad for the consumer, business and the environment.
I’ve been extremely disappointed with Xcel over the past ten years or so. They’ve become political and ill directed, rather than customer and service focused. Efficiency and customer service are not in the Xcel vocabulary! More so, they jump on board with stupid, political correctness and wacko fads. Xcel is becoming the next PG&E, only of the Rockies and Great Plains.
