To redeem points they insist on me providing driving licence or passport but are not accepting PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD OR VOTER'S ID provided by the government of India. This company is not worth giving even 1 star. They are not accepting Pan Card, Aadhar Card, and Voter ID as proof of identity. Not only have they hurted me but they have INSULTED THE GOVERMENT OF INDIA who provide this identity card to its' citizen.

i guess they promote local artist only or maybe artists in the west. for the time being let me forget selling, they don't help to fill up W8Ben form. I must have submitted revised form more than 25 times but they come up with some mistake at my end everytime. i have take help from airtifical intelligence in filling up the form and i have seen some youtube videos before submitting, bu no they won't accept

on 06/04/2024 I applied for partnership deed online through legaldocs but haven't received copy of the same in any format either pdf or hardcopy. I have also paid for their service online. You will not receive satisfactory reply if you call them. Even if you email your request the will not respond. Only Sufiya will pick up the call. You ask her to connect you to her boss....she won't do that.

Had purchased a induction electric COOK TOP. on 26/06/2023 I got delivery. on 11/07/2023 there was a blast while I was cooking. it is a 2000W device and I was cooking at 240W but still there was a blast from inside the device so the glass broke into tiny pieces and it scattered all over on the platform. They say that it is a physical damage but it is actually some manufacturing damage. They are not ready to help me, It is a 1 year warranty device. No replacement nothing they say.

on 24/06/2023 I have completed survey ID 181693 for 900 point but they say that I have not completed that survey so they won't credit 900 points to my account. A few day ago I had completed 98% survey for 1100 points. There was some technical glitch from their end I could not move on to the next page. I hit the next but several times waited for more than 20 minutes but I could not move on to the next page. My internet was working fine. Something was wrong at their end but they refused to accept it. For over 2 years they are no more trustworthy. Maybe management has changed. It is no more worth working with them now.

they ruthlessly delete accounts of artist

risky for artists. they may get suspended after putting in so much hard work. as an artist my username is dinesh80. there is one more artist by the same username dinesh80. a month ago i asked why you have 2 artist with same username. they did not reply.

they want allow to change password. it is a very painful process it seems, after resetting password they ask me to call on 18663033229 and verify security code, i called it says invalid number. i tried to get help on their website but no they don't have any such option to address my issue.

you are doing a great job by allowing common man to know the truth.

very shameless managment of this company. i have unsubscribed many times but still they are sending me links to take survey. i have sacrificed my earning. they are not paying. i have logged a complain earlier too but no they are very very shameless. i checked today but still they have not released by payment. i hope they stop sending me emails henceforth.

not worth giving 1star too. they don't pay, they don't reply to your request. very arrogant management.
