Found exactly the provider I needed that was an available soon and accepted my insurance. I really like her and I’m super happy!

The experience that I received from ivy rehab was great for my first visit that I’m looking forward to my next visit. That’s how well the first treatment went and I will recommend them to anyone.

So far I've found 2 great providers via ZocDoc, and another provider uses this platform for scheduling. Great experiences so far!

Beware! These jerks will suspect your account left, right, and center for any or no reason. If they think you didn’t answer a doctor’s call or show to an appointment when the provider canceled or was out of network! Numerous times, I learned from doctors that they didn’t actually accept my insurance (despite zocdoc’s representation online), and zocdoc would suspend or try to suspend me for failing to go to the appointment. And if you cancel the appointment, you get warned or suspended.

This company doesn’t care about its patient users at all.

Zocdoc is very easy to use. I enjoy the ease of the booking process. It's great to have a sight to look up doctors in all fields, who take your insurance.

So far so great.

They falsified the reviews I left of doctors (changing 1 star ratings to 5 stars), and do not allow users to edit or delete their own reviews (so I can't change them back). The dentist who I saw once and who so badly botched a cleaning that I vividly recall the weeks of pain I experienced afterwards even a decade later? According to Zocdoc, I left her a 5 star review. The doctor who I literally filed a malpractice claim against? Yup, also 5 stars, I must just have misremembered leaving a 1 star review.

I'd already reached the conclusion that the reviews were faked after having terrible experiences at doctors with glowing reviews on zocdoc - turns out other review platforms had much lower ratings for those doctors. It's only this week that I saw (at least one of) the mechanisms for the fake reviews, and it's appalling that they so blatantly fabricate reviews and attribute them to their actual user base.

Also worth mentioning that their searches frequently return practitioners who don't provide the services you searched for (ex: suggesting a podiatrist for a heart condition), and the doctor profiles make it hard to even tell that happened (they don't include the name of the practice, and for an RN/ARPN/PA etc, they don't include the specialty of the practice), and the appointments are rarely booked for the purpose you select (medication renewal showing up as new patient consult or similar). So there's a good chance you'll think you've made an appointment for a condition, and not find out for days that that's not the case.

If you do use them, call the practice to verify appointment details ahead of time, and check reviews on some other site.
