Quick and easy to schedule my appointment

Their service uses AI and other tools to get you to doctors frequently with either the wrong information or the wrong insurance information. It is basically a scam service. Doctors it gave me don't even take my insurance 9 times out of 10, its an utter waste of time.

I had never used Zoock but it was Labor Day weekend and I was having trouble with breathing and experiencing a burning sensation in my stomach and pain in my back. Because the Urgent Care centers for my medical group are 14 to 20 miles from my home I decided to contact Zocdoc and see if I could locate an urgent care center that accepts my insurance and they did locate one. I was extremely pleased. I scheduled an appointment and received a verification of a 12:30 p.m. remote appointment. I received a message advising me that my doctor would be contacting me to Provide instruction for the consultation. 12:30 arrived and no call. 12:45 and then 1:00 and still no call. At 1:15 I left my house. I assumed that the doctor may have gotten busy because it is a holiday. After arriving at the facility, I showed the receptionist the confirmation I had gotten and she said her network showed that my appointment was at 3:30 pm and not 12:30 as shown in the confirmation I had received. She checked her system and said that my appointment was actually at 3:30 pm, but could offer an explanation as to why there was a disparity of three hours. I paid the deductible and sat down but a few minutes later, the receptionist informed me that because it was a holiday weekend they do not perform lab testing. This is a problem. The fact Zocdoc has a possible technical issue that issued an incorrect appointment time but also failed to confirm what services might not be available during a holiday weekend.
