Booking process. It was easy. I didn't have no problems when I arrived for my appointment.

ZocDoc is not very accurate when it comes to finding In Network doctors for your Health Plan. I have been searching for a dermatologist for my dad for several days now, it mentioned Dr. Benjamin Witkoff as this Provider being In Network wit my dad's health plan. However, I called United Health Plan and spoke with a representative yesterday, who told me that Dr. Witkoff is Out of Network with my dad's specific health plan. Please be careful!

Easy to book appointments and keep track.

I needed a way to reduce my pain and I’m doing one appointment at time to help with the physical demands of work and taking care of the family.

this is the second time i have used zocdoc and in both instances I found great providers. this time I had difficulty finding a provider that met my criteria, but when I used zocdoc, i found the right person right away!

There’s numerous misinformation on the site. For example, what insurance doctors take and don’t take is very inaccurate. On numerous occasions, I have been turned away because the doctor doesn’t take my particular insurance even though that’s what it says on the website. It’s a waste of time. Find a doctor on your own.

I was easily able to select the appointment type, day and time that I needed! Booking process was very simple, and the office I selected had all my appointment information at check-in.

Great doctor. Loved her . The zoc doc is a bit heavy handed on reminders and emails. But if you can get past that they did a good job. And they set me up with a great doctor.

Easy to find doctors and find an appointment!

Made it so easy to find a derm nearby that took our insurance, and had an appointment when it worked for us. A huge win.
