On-line Registration resolved.
Quick response from Zinio after online registration issues from subscription to FSM. Sorted promptly, with follow up email to ensure enquiry was resolved.

Zinio in a few words and not in the Windows Store
I have been using Zinio for a few years now. Too bad the Windows Store app of Zinio (which is still downloadable) does not work, requiring an installer to be given by Zinio in order to access content.

Very happy quilter
I am so happy with my magazines on Zinio. I can download issues and print out quilt patterns to use. I can keep all my magazines in one place without stacks of them in my bookcase and take them with me where ever my laptop goes.
I have used Zinio for several years, and never been disappointed in their service.

Bad and unprofessional customer…
Bad and unprofessional customer service. The worst thing is they keep charging you for the same products even though your membership should have been ended long time ago. They cheat and keep charging you for money you do not owe! Please stay far away from Zz they're other great products out there where they Don't lie and get one caught up in a bad cycle!

Be sure you understand what you're getting into.
I purchased a magazine for a pattern in it by a favorite hand knitwear designer of mine. When I realized there was no way for me to download it and that I had to be connected to Zinio to be able to read the magazine I wanted to return it. Basically I needed to be able to convert the pattern to a PDF to work with an app I use rather than printing patterns off. This had never been a problem for me before getting digital magazines so I didn't think Zinio would be different. Anyway, when I reached out to try and return the title I was refused. I think Zinio can work for people as long as they are clear they have to be on zinio's website to be able to see their purchases. For me it is next to useless and highly annoying.
