I was with them wash machine broke tried to ring them no reply what’s then dry broke tried to ring them no reply again so iv cancelled with them I’m not paying for cover I can’t claim scam I think and now they want 25.00 cancelled fee there not getting anything

We are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience.
Having reviewed your account, we can see that your call was made at approximately 4:00pm on a Sunday, outside of our published opening hours. While our telephone lines are closed during this time, our website includes an online claim form that can be submitted 24 hours a day, and our answering service also advises customers to email us so that we can deal with their enquiry as soon as we reopen.
We appreciate that experiencing a breakdown is frustrating, however we are unable to find any evidence that you attempted to submit a claim using either of these alternative methods before cancelling your policy.
Regarding the £25 cancellation fee, this is set out in the Terms and Conditions agreed to when the policy was taken out and applies to cancellations made outside of the cooling-off period.
If you would still like us to review your concerns, please contact our Customer Relations team with your policy details and we will be happy to investigate the matter further.

Changing appliance cover
1, It was lovely to speak to an English person in an English call center.Im not racist but speaking to someone in another country that can "speak " English is not always at a level you can understand each other .I applaud you for staying in this country employing English people regardless of their colour or religion .
2, The girl I spoke to was friendly and not in the least bit pushy also very polite.
3,The deal you offered me was a huge chunk less than I am paying with Domestic and General for a slightly better arrangement.

Condescending and rude
I specifically stated during the first call I didn't want anything set up till I spoke to my partner I was assured this was the case. So when I called to cancel upon receiving the welcome pack I was a little annoyed the customer service agent I spoke rather rudley explained thats not how it works was condescending and rude and quite frankly I will never deal with this company again I have mental health issues and being spoken down to and hung up on was quite triggering for me

I was pestered by this company to renew…
I was pestered by this company to renew my insurance on my washing machine which i then did ..so unfortunatly my machine broke down and as i have never dealt with insurance before on it i rang to ask what to do .person on phone did not know and said he would ring back but he never so rang i again to be told they couldnt do anything as i was to early into my contract .so was sending my money back to me ..surely you are covered from first day of contract ...how am i supposed to know when the machine breaks .. useless company in my eyes

Regarding your claim, new policies are subject to an initial exclusion period before cover becomes available. As your appliance broke down during that period, we were unfortunately unable to progress the claim, and your payments were refunded.
