Had a lovely phone call regarding cheaper cover for my appliances can I say Lucy Cox was a lovely polite lady who helped me ,she was so clear on everything and even got my policy alot cheaper than what I was paying .

Cancellation turn around
I initially contacted support with every intention of cancelling my plan because I simply couldn't afford it. I expected a straightforward cancellation, but instead I spoke with Dylan, who completely turned the situation around.
Dylan is the very personification of exceptional customer service. Rather than simply processing my cancellation, he took the time to understand my circumstances, consolidated all of my devices onto a single plan, and applied a generous discount that made the service affordable again.
He went absolutely above and beyond. At no point did I feel pressured—he simply listened, understood my situation, and found a solution that genuinely worked for me.
I came into the call expecting to leave as a former customer. Instead, I left genuinely grateful. There are very few occasions where someone delivers service so exceptional that you're almost lost for words, but Dylan managed exactly that.
A huge thank you to Dylan for his professionalism, empathy, and willingness to go the extra mile. He's a real credit to the company.

The level of customer service I received is absolutely brilliant. This morning,my call was answered within 30 seconds by an extremely nice gentleman. As I was already an existing customer,he was able to get my details on screen very quickly. I wanted to add a new appliance to my existing cover which was done very quickly. Asked for a dishwasher repair and the…
Asked for a dishwasher repair and the engineer was here next day as they cannot fix the fault have been offered a new replacement which is excellent but have to pay delivery charge which I thought would be included in insurance to , but not to fussed just need a working one .
Overall good service and quick replacement just shame about delivery charge .
